Why Have There Been No Arrests In The Phone Hacking Scandal In America When It Has Been Proven News Corp Illegally Wiretapped People In The States

[Article background: this is another in the series of phone hacking articles the Judiciary Report has published, regarding a scandal I broke first in October 2005, via a police complaint I filed with the Metropolitan Police in London, England. 56 people have been arrested by the Metropolitan Police since the time I filed the complaint. However, the Murdochs and other key conspirators remain free and the FBI has not arrested anyone, though the crimes began and continue in News Corp's New York headquarters] 

 

Despite reports from former employees that News Corp's Fox News has an entire department devoted to illegal phone hacking, wiretapping and hacking, in addition to confirmation entertainers Jude Law and Charlotte Church, were stalked and phone hacked in America by Rupert Murdoch's aforementioned company, why have there been no charges against them in America for this criminal misconduct.

Why is it the British police have been doing the lion's share of the work, while the FBI, run by the corrupt, bribe taking Robert S. Mueller, looks the other way, pretending the problem has not hit U.S. shores, when it originated in New York and Los Angeles. News Corp has been violating the privacy of many Americans, yet the FBI is trying to cover it up. The problem is massive. Murdoch has even targeted U.S. politicians in illegal ways.

Federal Law Enforcement In America Should Not Be Helmed By The FBI

After the sweeping blow the FBI received from the New Zealand high court recently in the MegaUpload case, adding to the number of scandals the agency has experienced, it is clear the Federal Bureau of Investigation should not be helming law enforcement in America.

Local police throughout America and other federal agencies often defer to the FBI on law enforcement matters. However, the FBI has a snobby attitude, with management looking down on everyday cops. Often one finds that everyday police officers do a better job than the FBI, as they are not encumbered by the agency's political leanings or social agenda, when addressing crime.

In the FBI's unending quest for power, the agency has usurped so many civil liberties Americans once enjoyed, privacy ceases to exist in America. This is lamentable, as the Constitution is a great document, but it's too bad the FBI doesn't follow it (or the law for that matter).

President Obama's Attorney General Eric Holder, is in trouble in Congress, facing contempt proceedings for lying to the legislature and hiding Department of Justice, ATF and FBI documents, showing he and others at the DOJ among others, committed crimes in the "Fast and Furious" scandal. Holder and others criminally trafficked guns into Mexico, resulting in the deaths of two U.S. Border Patrol agents and hundreds of Mexican civilians.

Holder is facing contempt of Congress charges, which brings up the obvious point, he was an idiot to defiantly stay in the post, knowing he is breaking the law across the board and in a way that has cost innocent people their lives. He has arrogantly refused to resign for quite some time now and as a result, he is the first Attorney General to be hit with contempt charges. That’s on his record forever. It's going in the history books. There is no honor in what he did, only disgrace.

Holder's nasty attitude in live Congressional hearings for all to see smacked of, how dare you call me in here to answer questions just because a few hundred people were brutally murdered as a result of me illegally and secretly trafficking weapons into a foreign sovereign nation. But he can stay in there like a dummy - worse is going to happen.

He's made so many enemies around the world in political circles, domestic and international law enforcement (you've gotten officers killed in America, Jamaica and Mexico and their co-workers have not forgotten that) and among journalists and bloggers (via illegal bullying and harassment and the unlawful denial of Freedom of Information Act documents). These are all people determined to proverbially rip him a new one over his criminal conduct and arrogance. His name and that of his family will be decimated to even worse degrees, covered in utter shame and disgrace.

Contempt of Congress proceedings against President Barack Obama’s Attorney General, Eric Holder, are set to go forward in the legislature, as last minutes talks failed to break the impasse. Holder continues to violate the Freedom of Information Act, hiding pertinent and incriminating documents, whilst lying to Congress and the American people.

Three Democrats from the President and Attorney General’s own party, have also defected on the issue, joining the loud chorus of opposition in the GOP, against Holder’s terrible conduct in the "Fast And Furious" gun trafficking scandal. 

Holder's conduct and that of the Department of Justice, resulted in the deaths of two U.S. Border Patrol agents and several hundred Mexican civilians, when he decided to play gun trafficker in criminal violation of U.S. and Mexican law, putting high power, sophisticated weapons in the drug cartels' hands just to see what would happen. Well, know you know and you should go to prison for it, as your conduct directly led to mass murder.

Holder should not go unpunished in the eyes of the law, as his madness at the Department of Justice has cost many people their lives. This is no small thing, as it is very serious and should be treated as such. The precedent of impunity through criminal negligence that led to manslaughter must not stand. 

Those lives mean something and they are being mourned by those that love them. Of all the things he could have done at the Justice Department, he chose this sick and deadly illegality. The blood of the innocent is on your hands, in what constitutes serious sins and make no mistake, God will punish you for their senseless deaths.

The DOJ And FBI Are Making The Constitution A Lie

The cover up culture at the FBI and its parent agency, the Department of Justice, have reached outrageous extremes. Corruption is the order of the day and it is a danger to America and the world. America is supposed to be a free society, based on the Constitution, yet the public witnessed as the aforementioned agencies launched cover ups, regarding the "Fast And Furious" scandal "warrantless wiretapping" the "Carrier IQ" and "Social Network" spying. 

The FBI and DOJ routinely violate the Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) denying lawful and appropriate requests to view government documents, which has shown the world, the two agencies are operating like a secret police in the Obama administration.

Like Hitler's SS, the FBI under Robert S. Mueller, has insanely resorted to torturing and threatening to kill American citizens, which constitutes criminal violations of the law, crimes against humanity and human rights abuses. They are consistently trying to harm or silence people. The misconduct just keeps getting worse in what is an unlawful power grab, eroding America's freedoms. 

For the nation's freedom and safety, the people of America need to demand more, especially in regards to accountability and transparency, before citizens have no rights left at the hands of two agencies that have become a law unto themselves. Month after month, they are encroaching up and taking away the public's freedom, turning America into a police state.

President Barack Obama's gross lack of transparency surfaced again, as yesterday he invoked and abused the State Secrets privilege, to cover up crimes being committed at the Department of Justice, by his Attorney General Eric Holder, in the "Fast and Furious" scandal. The people expect more than this from you, Obama.   

Holder faces a contempt charge in Congress for the cover up he launched, regarding illegally trafficking guns to drug cartels in Mexico. It was discovered shortly after that the weapons were used to murder several hundred innocent Mexican civilians and two U.S. Border Patrol agents, whose families are outraged and heartbroken at their senseless and preventable deaths.

It has been publicly stated by the government, the weapons will likely be used in the murder of thousands more people in Mexico and America, as Holder using the Department of Justice and offshoots the ATF and FBI, trafficked the guns to see what would happen, but negligently failed to place any tracking devices on them, losing track of the high powered, sophisticated weapons he inexcusably bought with U.S. taxpayer money. In a time when states are cutting vital services to citizens, due to lack of funds during the financial crisis, it is disgusting that the Justice Department is wasting taxpayer money in this manner (and that's just the tip of the iceberg).

Obama's Department of Justice is famous for covering the crimes of criminals they are connected to and as such are not worthy of office in America, deserving to be voted out. This madness cannot continue. These brazen acts of corruption, absence of transparency in government and and self-serving criminality, are impeachable offenses and the administration needs to get a hold of itself before the worst happens in this regard. The State Secrets act needs to be repealed, as it is being abused to cover up criminal conduct that defies the U.S. Code and Constitution.

Too Big To Fail Or Go To Jail

The current financial crisis which exploded in America in 2008, then spread to the rest of the world, has done significant damage to many people in the United States and around the globe. Yet, in the face of all this financial destruction and ensuing social turmoil, no one has gone to jail or prison in America for these terrible economic crimes that has caused so much suffering.

The term "too big to fail" is often employed regarding major corporations that are experiencing financial loss. However, too big to fail or go to jail, should be added to the term, as the Obama Administration, much like the presidency of Bush before him, have given a pass to financial criminals that have cost America and the world so much. Not exactly a deterrent from committing crime. This is corrupt and needs to be changed.

The FBI has been helping its parent agency the DOJ to cover up pertinent evidence, as alleged in the book "Fast and Furious: Barack Obama’s Bloodiest Scandal and Its Shameless Cover-up." Congressional House Speaker, John Boehner, sent a letter to the Obama Administration yesterday, via the DOJ demanding answers. Boehner further stated he is "troubled" by the cover-up and stonewalling of Congress in the matter.

Apart of the letter reads, "The American people deserve to know how such a fundamentally flawed operation could have continued for so long and have a full accounting of who knew of and approved an operation that placed weapons in the hands of drug cartels. If necessary, the House will act to fulfill our constitutional obligations in the coming week...It is our hope that, with your cooperation, this sad chapter in the history of American law enforcement can be put behind us."

U.S. Senator Schumer Speaks About Facebook Founder Like He Is A Runaway Slave For Leaving America

In an appallingly disgraceful display from a lawmaker in the U.S. Congress, Senator Chuck Schumer, a Democrat, slammed Brazilian born Facebook founder, Eduardo Saverin, for renouncing his acquired American citizenship and moving to Singapore. Saverin immigrated to America from Brazil with his wealthy family as a teenager. The family lived in Miami, Florida for years and Saverin became a U.S. citizen in 1998. He renounced his U.S. citizenship on April 30, 2012.

Schumer spoke of Saverin in terms that one would think the tech genius is a runaway slave that needed to be retrieved or punished, as a headline correctly summed it up as, "Dem senators introduce bill to punish Facebook co-founder Eduardo Saverin." How vindictive and vile.

Is his name Kunta Kinte Saverin. Did Mr. Schumer and the senator that cosponsored the bill, Democrat, Bob Casey, buy Saverin at a slave auction, thus making him their property, to do as they command. When you bark about people in those terms and from the U.S. Congress of all places, that's the impression in gives.

Let's get something straight. You didn't make Saverin or anyone else - God did. Voluntarily come down off your high horse before God does it for you.

What's ironic is Saverin has created more jobs in America with his intellectual property (Facebook) than Schumer or Casey have or ever will. Saverin has put more money via taxes into the U.S. Treasury than Schumer or Casey have or ever will. So if one is to judge who is a great American based on how much taxes they pay, which is basically what Schumer and Casey's proposed bill is implying, Saverin would rank very high and they would rank quite low.

Schumer referred to Saverin's departure as something that is apart of a "despicable trend." You know what the Judiciary Report thinks is a "despicable trend"? The obscene amount of money Congress and Obama Administration keeps spending in taxpayer money, with squat to show for it. But I digress...

Eduardo Saverin peacefully and quietly left America two weeks ago for "personal reasons" and is being attacked for it by the Obama Administration, Congress and some in the press. Why all the ruckus. Let the man be.

If Congress thinks people leaving America is a "despicable trend" the legislature needs to look itself in the mirror and ask why people are doing so. Currently, the Obama Administration has and continues to abuse its powers at the FBI, SEC and IRS, to unlawfully harass and punish people and companies that do not sing the praises of Barack Obama, which is corrupt and unconstitutional. I ask you, how does such misconduct make America better or stronger. It has made the nation weaker and poorer.

Schumer and Casey's bill is another abusive move in that same vein. Sponsoring a vindictive, mean, slavetrader sounding congressional bill, is not going to stop anyone from leaving America, nor will it entice future businessmen and women to come to the country with their ideas and investments, as the Saverins, among others, did years ago.

They will look at how Saverin and others are being treated for expanding their horizons and living in a different part of the world and opt against going to or investing in America. They will forgo the nation, thinking to themselves, if at any time I choose to live somewhere else, I will be vindictively maligned in public and maliciously pursued by the U.S. government, seeking to harm me for a peaceful, personal choice. That's a risk most will not want to take.

What is being said about Saverin and the vengeful actions being taken, because he as a human being with rights, chose to freely move about the world, is disgraceful. Saverin and others are crazily being punished by a group of arrogant senators, acting like their personal slave property ran away. It is not Congress' finest hour. It is one of its worst.

Schumer and Casey are acting like a boyfriend after a break-up with a girl that has moved on. It's the equivalent of Schumer and Casey chasing Saverin down the street and into the airport screaming, "You can't quit me" and "I'll get you for this."

I find it odd that Mr. Schumer and Mr. Casey think threatening, bullying and barking foul legislation at someone from the floor of Congress is going to make them want to stay. If anything, it would reaffirm a person's decision to leave. What's next with Congress, will certain senators do what Hollywood has done in maliciously, fraudulently, crazily and obsessively filing a lawsuit over a person lawfully leaving America (yes, they've done that in another case, but more on that in another article to be published shortly).

Some are describing Saverin's departure as a tax dodge. However, the reported "$67,000,000" in taxes he allegedly dodged is nothing to Saverin, who is worth $3 billion dollars (Saverin only owns 4% of Facebook, after being robbed by greedy, disgraceful Mark Zuckerberg, as seen in the movie "The Social Network").

Saverin stated of his move to Singapore, "I did not think once about my position related to tax savings. The whole idea that that was important to me or part of my consideration is not accurate...simplicity of focus so that my time and efforts can be spent on what matters to me. If I chose to open a bank account locally in Singapore, most of the banks would not accept me in having a fully functional bank account."

Saverin lists his departure as one based in "personal reasons." If you watched the movie "The Social Network" you really shouldn't be surprised he left. I can't imagine the nasty, horrible, contentious, corrupted legal battle and the foul, disdainful way Saverin was treated by crook Mark Zuckerberg, didn't weight on his decision to depart. That whole experience would leave a bad taste in anyone's mouth. Life is too short to have one's quality of life drained by such terrible events. No amount of money can compensate for that.

Zuckerberg is a little thief and he needs to stop pretending he is otherwise. He stole the idea for Facebook from the Winklevoss twins, then Suckerberg as he is called by some online, suckered Saverin, his roommate, into giving him money ($30,000) and his mathematical code (algorithm) to build the site that became Facebook.

Saverin's algorithm was invaluable to Facebook, because Zuckerberg couldn't get the site to work without. Saverin brought a lot to the table in intellectual property and via funding the project now known as Facebook. Congress owes him some gratitude for the jobs and international acclaim Facebook has created, not the unhinged contempt of a group of vengeful senators, disgracing the legislature.

Saverin and the Winklevoss twins are the parents of the baby that is Facebook. Zuckerberg is the nurse that helped to deliver the baby, who then stole it. By right and under the law, he should be in prison for what he did, as it constituted criminal copyright infringement, fraud, bank fraud, grand theft larceny, conspiracy to defraud and racketeering, among other charges.

Zuckerberg is a glorified webmaster. Webmastering is a job I've done for 11-years, so I know it when I see it. At most Zuckerberg should have been given a set fee of a few thousand dollars for designing the website Facebook that was someone else's idea, project and computer code. When you look at Google, it is a detailed algorithm that is worth billions. Much like Saverin's algorithm is worth billions, all of which he has not received after being ripped off by Zuckerberg.

What makes a great site is the idea behind it and its contents, not necessarily the aesthetic design by the webmaster. There are some sites that are great to look at, but that's all you do and don't visit often, because its contents is airheaded and boring (some of you know men and women like that as well).

Then there are other sites that have a basic design without all the bells and whistles, but the idea and content causes you to visit often. Look at Drudge Report. The design is pretty basic, downright archaic, but the idea behind it and contents are what made it a hit. But I digress again...

In the end, Saverin and the Winklevoss twins got screwed out of 99% of what was due to them, tens of billions of dollars, while that little weasel Zuckerberg goes around the world taking full credit and most of the money, $20 billion dollars, for something he stole, Facebook.

Zuckerberg is one of the biggest thieves in history and has been recorded as such thanks to "The Social Network." That's one of the great things about film. It immortalizes a story for everyone to see indefinitely. The Facebook story is and continues to be a great injustice that needs to be corrected.

Saverin was robbed of tens of billions of dollars and now Congress is forming legislation to try and rip him off some more, after all he did for America and after the unconscionable things Zuckerberg did to him. Zuckerberg didn't make Saverin rich, it's the other way around. Saverin's family already had money when they came to America and now Congress is trying to take as much of that money as possible.

Something has profoundly gone wrong in the system. The government needs to stop whining about people leaving and ask itself what in the legal system and legislature is causing such things to happen, regarding people leaving, seeking other places to live and do business. Congress and the Obama Administration know the answer. They are just too embarrassed and ashamed to admit they are a big part of the problem.
But go ahead with the acts of malice, as the nation and world are watching and shall judge you by it forever. So shall God.

Obama It Is Finally Coming Home To Rebekah Brooks That She Is In Trouble And News Corp And Rupert Murdoch Aren't Saving Her

 

As the Judiciary Report has maintained for years, not all publicity is good publicity. When bad publicity sticks, public perception will become your new reality and can turn the tide against you in the criminal justice system. Rebekah Brooks is finding this out the hard way, as she and those in her inner circle have been hit with serious charges in the phone hacking scandal.

Brooks is one of Rupert Murdoch's favorite scapegoats and the woman he got to do much of his dirty work at his company News International/News Corp. Now she is staring prison in the face in the phone hacking scandal. Yesterday, you could see it in Brooks shocked and saddened eyes that for the first time it has finally come home to her she is in trouble. Brooks looked like she wanted to burst into tears while giving a speech on the serious charges, which could be amended at a later date to reflect more misconduct.

As stated previously, corrupt Murdoch made his employees feel they could commit any crime and he would buy or bully their way out of it, using his questionably acquired wealth and news outlets. But this time the whiff of prison came too close to home and he let many of his top employees take the fall for him and his vile, greedy family.

Not only is Brooks in trouble, so are the "people closest" to her, in a development that has devastated her. Her husband Charlie Brooks is probably sorry he married her, as he has been charged in the scandal for trying to dispose of incriminating evidence for her, as has her personal assistant, Cheryl Carter.

So serious is the writing on the wall, a mainstream outlet published the article "A tabloid tale - the rise and fall of Rebekah Brooks." Former editor Brooks should know better than most what it means when a journalist hits you with the rise and fall tag. Brooks is now on the receiving end of the same type of hard hitting and salacious stories she used to level at others, who hated it. She clearly does not know how to handle it.

Why Does Congress Repeatedly Allow The FBI To Stonewall The Legislature

Why does the U.S. Congress constantly allow federal law enforcement agency, the FBI, to repeatedly stonewall the legislature during public hearings (see: The FBI Stonewalling Congress About Fort Hood). It's not a good look on the agency that they are chronically clandestine and refuse to provide answers to Congress, the press or the people. 

The racist FBI behave as though they are a law unto themselves. So many mainstream newspaper and blog reports have outed the FBI, regarding flagrantly breaking the law. Yet, each time nothing comes out of it and they go back and commit even more egregious crimes.

How is such criminal conduct being answerable to Congress or the people. That is a total sham. It wouldn't be so bad if the FBI's deeds weren't hurting so many innocent people, but they continually harm others and in a criminal fashion. Thanks to this terribly poor oversight, the FBI believes and operates as though it is above the law. The whole thing is a sham and is costing the U.S. taxpayers $8 billion dollars per year.

Why Are Federal Judges Allowed To Throw Out Cases In Acts That Are Being Abused For Profit

The U.S. judicial system has a massive flaw in that judges are autocratically permitted to throw out any case they feel like, without the benefit of a jury of 11 people deciding the merits of the legal action. Judges are also permitted to toss out financial awards granted by juries, which is also questionable. This essentially negates the need for a jury.

Both aforementioned privileges granted to judges has opened the judicial system up to terrible corruption and bribery that takes place on a regular basis. All you have to do is bribe the right judge and you'll get away with murder (in the legal system, but not with God).

As someone who has seen the U.S. legal system as a victim of crime, who was robbed of a fortune in preexisting copyrights, shortly before breaking the phone hacking scandal, I saw the abuses committed by bribe taking judges firsthand, who had a financial stake in the criminal defendants winning. That's a disgrace.

As mentioned previously, one of the federal judges, Cecilia Altonaga, did not disclose her family's financial stake in the lawbreaking defendants' companies and unprovoked proceeded to call a hearing to verbally abuse and insult me for daring to sue the people putting money on her table. It wasn't the legal system's finest moment and one that will be captured in my forthcoming film "Justice and Truth" which starts shooting this year.

Altonaga's conduct prompted me to file a motion for recusal. She recused herself and admitted some of the conflict of interest in her ruling (but did not acknowledge the full extent of it). However, her friend, Judge Marcia Cook, who also has questionable ties to people involved in the case, summarily threw it out WITHOUT READING IT.

We know this because she had a full caseload, yet threw the case out the same day she received it, according to court sign in sheets. There is no way she could have read the case and gone over the gigabytes of evidence in one work day plus tended to all her other cases.

Cooke also vouched for the defendants in her ruling, unethically acting like a personal character witness, stating in writing they would never do such a thing (commissioned phone hacking, wiretapping, copyright infringement and stalking).

However, since the time Altonaga and Cooke violated the judicial cannons in said matter, the phone hacking case I broke first in 2005 via a police complaint to the Metropolitan Polce became an international scandal proving my allegations 100% true and correct.  The phone hacking scandal has confirmed all my allegations about Kabbalah's Rupert Murdoch and Madonna, among others in the sick sect.

The lawsuit that was thrown out it Miami, Florida by Altonaga and Cooke in in December 2005, mirrored my allegations in the Metropolitan Police complaint I filed in October 2005, with the first arrests taking place six months later in 2006. In total, 30 people have been arrested to date in the phone hacking scandal.

In 2011, it was revealed in the phone hacking inquiry and Parliamentary testimony that the same defendants I named in my case, routinely phone hacked, computer hacked, wiretapped, harassed, threatened and stalked people using a team of hackers, private investigators and thugs the PIs employed - just like I alleged in 2005.

Had the crooked judges in my Miami case bothered to read the actual lawsuit they would have figured that out. But it would not have mattered, as one of the sources responsible for much of my many exclusives revealed to me, the FBI under the Bush Administration had passed Cooke some information to aide Hollywood in criminally stealing my copyrights for undue financial gain.

The FBI had interviewed me twice in November 2005 about the case and promised to issue an investigative report on the phone hacking, computer hacking, wiretapping and harassment, as it is their congressional mandate to do so in such federal mandate, but as stated before, I was told FBI Director Robert S. Mueller took a bribe from the defendants and launched a cover-up to help them criminally steal my intellectual property worth a fortune. There's a nasty side of the government you don't see everyday, but it's the ugly truth.

You know what's even more ironic regarding the case, Marcia Cooke is black and due to her conduct in corruptly dismissing the case without reading it, as I was exposing Madonna's criminal conduct and financial thievery, it ended up facilitating the robbery of the African nation of Malawi by Madonna and her equally sick and greedy Kabbalah cult.

If Cooke had done her job that the taxpayers pay her salary to do, while I was exposing the crimes taking place, Madonna could not have gone on to rob an entire African nation of suffering people, using their poverty stricken plight to raise money she and her cult ultimately stole.

Had there been a judicial decision in writing about Madonna's blatant theft that millions online know about no world government would have allowed her into their office, to use their name to raise funds and handle millions in charity money, which she and Kabbalah went on to steal for their own enrichment.

Had a definitive judicial decision been made against Madonna in the case, where I alleged a pattern of criminal theft of property (copyrights), charity fraud, phone hacking, exploitation and harassment, she would not have been able to set foot in Malawi, ripping them off as she did.
A sell out judge and another on the take, vouched for the criminals in the phone hacking case, ignoring all the evidence presented illustrating crimes being committed. It empowered Madonna and Kabbalah to do even worse, concocting a charity scam, lying to the people of Malawi about building a multi-million dollar school for their nation's poor. They have an established record of robbing and abusing black people.

Madonna and Kabbalah ended up hurting so many Africans, when they bulldozed the homes in their poor village, lying to them about building a large school, then never came back to do so, pocketing $60,000,000 in charity money solicited in their nation's name. The money has been used to fund the lavish lifestyles of Madonna and the Berg family that founded the Kabbalah cult.

Madonna has greatly damaged the government and people of Malawi with her scandalous actions and the sad part is, they are starving and impoverished and really need the assistance. Kids in Malawi are dying from starvation and disease. Adults have it very hard as well, but she has tainted their country's name in a manner that will make it difficult for them to get financial assistance in the future. People will be scared to give.

Since the United Nations cosigned and legitimized Madonna's greedy criminal fraud, allowing her to use their name and premises in New York for charity events, where she and Kabbalah solicited millions from the public in Malawi's name, then disgracefully stole it, they need to do the right thing and give Malawi food, medicine and housing assistance.

But back to the corrupt judges. It is astonishing that two sitting federal judges, both appointed by George W. Bush, perjured themselves in legal rulings and violated the judicial cannons on behalf of high profile criminals. Said criminals, might I add, that did such things as criminally violating the privacy of a deceased teenage girl in the phone hacking scandal, Milly Dowler, who was the victim of a horrible murder. Not to mention, greedy Hollywood stars in the Kabbalah cult ripping off starving Africans, while their children die of starvation and disease.

What does that tell you about the judicial system. It is not about justice. It is about money. The judges vouched for the criminals. Their names are gone. But even the FBI has engaged in corruption as well. When I lawfully tried to obtain the Freedom Of Information Act files on the case, as it pertains to me, which the FBI acknowledged having, but later said they would not release due to the cover up, another corrupt judge, Jose E. Martinez, also a George W. Bush appointee, granted them "sovereign immunity" in breaking the law and threw out the case.

Once again, a criminal pattern of throwing out credible cases to benefit high profile criminals and bribe takers. How do you guys sleep at night after having sold out the judiciary's name in such a horrible fashion and for all to see. The judicial system's name is supposed to be something sacred, yet you lot just signed it away, in ways that cannot be repaired. Millions of people know what you have done (source: website stats). The taxpayers deserve more than this corruption.

None of this paints the profile of an honest or decent judicial/justice system. It has the foul stench of corruption all over it for the whole nation and world to see. Amazingly, these are not sensible, contrite people, sorry for the things they've done. They grow more arrogant with each new act of corruption. They are vindictive and vile people involved in serious crime, so look for them to engage in more corruption - which is going to cause an even bigger scandal that's right around the corner. Some people don't know when to quit and it is going to be their legal downfall.

Sadly, all their corruption delayed my forthcoming patents regarding cancer and AIDS sufferers. I am confident regarding my work, by God's grace. Past science articles on the site have been successful as well. The aforementioned criminals have blood on their hands and those that facilitated it deserve to be impeached.

 Last week, on April 25. 2012, the Judiciary Report published the article Report: The FBI Has Been Beating, Torturing And Threatening To Kill American Citizens If They Will Not Become Snitches (Informants). It had to do with the FBI harassing, beating and threatening the lives of naturalized American citizens into doing their bidding as informants and snitches.

Muslim-American citizen, Yonas Fikre, who moved to Portland, Oregon in America at a young age, was featured in the article. He has now left America, like many others, seeking refuge elsewhere, after unprovoked FBI abuse, harassment and death threats.

Fikre is one of many people of color being harassed and terrorized by the racist FBI with the goal of pushing them out of America, after having lived in the nation since childhood. I know that has been my experience (as they engaged in criminal misconduct and cover-ups on behalf of thieving, lazy, lawbreaking high profile criminals engaging in grand theft larceny, human rights abuses and corruption). 

What's amazing is the aloof, out of touch FBI thinks this is a good look in the nation and the world, when people are appalled and repulsed by what they have done. The FBI's conduct in support of racism is nothing short of barbaric and a domestic and global embarrassment to them. I hope you're proud of yourselves, because I know many Americans and people in the international community who aren't proud of what you've done, labeling it disgraceful. 

For decades, the racist FBI has exhibited a severe hatred towards minorities and immigrants, especially black people. The agency is routinely sued by black FBI agents and other minorities, for terrible acts of racism, discrimination and harassment (FBI Sued By Former Agent For Racism) and The FBI And Racism). 

There are former FBI agents and historians, who have publicly stated, the FBI under J. Edgar Hoover, ordered the assassination of civil rights hero, Martin Luther King Jr., for daring to preach black and whites are equal. The FBI has not changed since those times. 

The agency still has COINTELPRO campaigns running against innocent, outspoken people. They publicly claimed the corrupt, murderous COINTELPRO was abolished, but it wasn't. They just gave it a new name and hide documents in the secret file room, to thwart FOIA requests (Freedom of Information Act) in another exclusive the Judiciary Report broke first.

Sadly, the FBI has made America a very unsafe place for blacks and minorities on the whole. There is a deep seated hatred at the agency for minorities and many legal cases reveal this undeniable fact. Let's face it, the FBI hates black people. Always has. Always will.

Though the agency claims it has changed, I can testify firsthand it has not. It is same the hateful, malicious, lawbreaking agency it always was, but worse, with current FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller at the helm for the past decade. He is actually more evil and vile than J. Edgar Hoover, as the world will soon find out. He is a deeply perverted, greedy man, spying on people anyway he can, who have committed no crime.

He is a maniac Bush appointed to the detriment of America. This man actually ordered the wiretapping of over 27,000,000 calls in America and ran up such a bill in doing so, AT&T cut him off. He is insane to think there are that many criminals in America. But he likes the power and wants to know everyone's business.

What's almost as bad is Congress knows the horrible crimes the agency is committing in America and the world, but looks the other way to it. The American people deserve more than to be represented by such a heinous, corrupt law enforcement agency, headed up by an old pervert that likes spying on people in their homes.
