3 More People Arrested And Rupert Murdoch's Private Investigator Ordered To Reveal Who Gave Him The Orders In The News Corp Phone Hacking Scandal

[Article background: this is another in the series of phone hacking articles the Judiciary Report has published, regarding a scandal I broke first in October 2005, via a police complaint I filed with the Metropolitan Police in London, England. 53 people have been arrested by the Metropolitan Police since the time I filed the complaint. However, the Murdochs and other key conspirators remain free and the FBI has not arrested anyone, though the crimes began and continue in News Corp's New York headquarters] 
 
Three more people have been arrested in connection with the News Corp phone hacking scandal, bringing the total to 56. Three individuals were arrested by the Metropolitan Police, over corrupt payments to public officials, also known as bribery.

In other phone hacking news, Rupert Murdoch's private investigator, Glenn Mulclaire, has been ordered by the courts, to reveal who at News Corp ordered him to engage in illegal wiretapping. News Corp and Mulclaire have been fighting this for sometime, but victims are applauding the court's decision in this matter. Either way the orders came from the very top and Murdoch had his minions execute his corrupt plans.

Murdoch is a man that went into the U.S. Congress reciting information he had learned via phone hacking, which is a serious offense. This was before the scandal broke wide open this year, when his confidence in corruption was still firmly intact. Now his top two lieutenants, Rebekah Brooks and Andy Coulson have been arrested twice and charged, wiping the smug grin off Murdoch's unattractive mug.

President Obama’s Attorney General Eric Holder Should Have Resigned

President Obama's Attorney General Eric Holder, is in trouble in Congress, facing contempt proceedings for lying to the legislature and hiding Department of Justice, ATF and FBI documents, showing he and others at the DOJ among others, committed crimes in the "Fast and Furious" scandal. Holder and others criminally trafficked guns into Mexico, resulting in the deaths of two U.S. Border Patrol agents and hundreds of Mexican civilians.

Holder is facing contempt of Congress charges, which brings up the obvious point, he was an idiot to defiantly stay in the post, knowing he is breaking the law across the board and in a way that has cost innocent people their lives. He has arrogantly refused to resign for quite some time now and as a result, he is the first Attorney General to be hit with contempt charges. That’s on his record forever. It's going in the history books. There is no honor in what he did, only disgrace.

Holder's nasty attitude in live Congressional hearings for all to see smacked of, how dare you call me in here to answer questions just because a few hundred people were brutally murdered as a result of me illegally and secretly trafficking weapons into a foreign sovereign nation. But he can stay in there like a dummy - worse is going to happen.

He's made so many enemies around the world in political circles, domestic and international law enforcement (you've gotten officers killed in America, Jamaica and Mexico and their co-workers have not forgotten that) and among journalists and bloggers (via illegal bullying and harassment and the unlawful denial of Freedom of Information Act documents). These are all people determined to proverbially rip him a new one over his criminal conduct and arrogance. His name and that of his family will be decimated to even worse degrees, covered in utter shame and disgrace.

Contempt Of Congress Hearings To Proceed In The Legislature Against Obama's Attorney General Eric Holder

Contempt of Congress proceedings against President Barack Obama’s Attorney General, Eric Holder, are set to go forward in the legislature, as last minutes talks failed to break the impasse. Holder continues to violate the Freedom of Information Act, hiding pertinent and incriminating documents, whilst lying to Congress and the American people.

Three Democrats from the President and Attorney General’s own party, have also defected on the issue, joining the loud chorus of opposition in the GOP, against Holder’s terrible conduct in the "Fast And Furious" gun trafficking scandal. 

Holder's conduct and that of the Department of Justice, resulted in the deaths of two U.S. Border Patrol agents and several hundred Mexican civilians, when he decided to play gun trafficker in criminal violation of U.S. and Mexican law, putting high power, sophisticated weapons in the drug cartels' hands just to see what would happen. Well, know you know and you should go to prison for it, as your conduct directly led to mass murder.

Holder should not go unpunished in the eyes of the law, as his madness at the Department of Justice has cost many people their lives. This is no small thing, as it is very serious and should be treated as such. The precedent of impunity through criminal negligence that led to manslaughter must not stand. 

Those lives mean something and they are being mourned by those that love them. Of all the things he could have done at the Justice Department, he chose this sick and deadly illegality. The blood of the innocent is on your hands, in what constitutes serious sins and make no mistake, God will punish you for their senseless deaths.

The $5 Trillion Dollar President (Why It Was Not A Good Idea For President Barack Obama To Spend That Much Money)

U.S. President Barack Obama has added $5 trillion to the national deficit in America. The president's supporters often defend everything he does, which is not a good idea, as his administration needs a healthy dose of criticism, because it is about to hit a wall head on. 

To have spent that significant sum of money was to weaken and deteriorate the U.S. economy and currency in the world. It also means having gone down in world history as the president that spent the most money in United States history, which is a dubious distinction. Presidencies are supposed to be about wise governance, restraint, productivity and efficiency. How is the nation going to repay that massive debt, which has the government greatly indebted to foreign countries.

Some keep emphasizing the point that there are those out there who believe former President George W. Bush did more damage to the U.S. economy than President Barack Obama. In some ways, yes. In other ways, no. Bush initiated the damage and negligently tried to cover it up, wasting valuable time that allowed the crisis to morph and mushroom. However, Obama has unadvisedly spent $5 trillion trying to fix it, making the crisis exponentially worse. 

Furthermore, Obama is not running against Bush in this year's presidential election. Obama is running against Mitt Romney, a successful, wealthy businessman that has years of governing experience from his time as Governor of Massachusetts. Having written that, the next president is going to have a very tough time trying to reduce the deficit after what the Obama Administration has done to it. It is mind-boggling how much money Obama has spent. Future generations will ask, why didn't Congress stop him before it reached said terrible figure.

Who Does Congress Answer To Regarding Accountability

In light of Congressional approval numbers hitting an all time low, one has to ask, who does Congress answer to and why are they doing such a poor job. At times it seems the U.S. Congress answers to no one in the country, spending away the people's tax dollars of fruitless initiatives that go on to fail. Wouldn't true accountability and term limits on members of Congress be better. Would it not prompt better job performance and less financial waste.

U.S. Government Violating International Agreements In The Eduardo Saverin Tax Campaign From Congress

 This is a follow up to the articles Facebook Founder Flees America For Singapore Renouncing His U.S. Citizenship In An Emerging Pattern and U.S. Senator Schumer Speaks About Facebook Founder Like He Is A Runaway Slave For Leaving America.

The U.S. Congress, via senators Charles Schumer and Bob Casey, put on a disgraceful display last week, slamming Facebook co-founder, Eduardo Saverin for leaving America and renouncing his U.S. citizenship (well, that was before Zuckerberg and Facebook fell from grace in the company's subsequent disaster of an IPO).

Some state Saverin's departure is for tax purposes, but he firmly disagrees and has paid huge sums of money in U.S. taxes over the years. The case brings up a very serious issue, of the U.S. government willfully violating international agreements with other nations of the world, regarding taxes.

The general rule in the international community among Western nations is, if one is from another country, but working elsewhere in the world, one pays taxes to the nation one is employed in (America included). That's been the international agreement and standard for years.

However, the U.S. government, via Congress and the IRS, are violating this existing, important agreement, via newfangled legislation, filled with double speak on paper, in attempts at taking the lion's share of taxes, from former and current American citizens that have left the country and are employed elsewhere. Such conduct is duplicitous and dishonest. Not to mention outrageously greedy towards Americans.

It also poses a problem for American expatriates, if the U.S. Congress continues to march any further into international illegality in said maneuvers, via greedily and spitefully trying to bankrupt people that have left America and now work and live elsewhere, via double taxation (taxes in two countries).

To enforce the aforementioned illegal double taxation, Congress and the IRS, may resort to criminal extraditions to vindictively snatch back Americans working and living abroad, for not paying taxes in America, in addition to their new nations. This would mean they would be working with no money to show for it, being illegally forced to pay taxes in two countries.

Ultimately, it will trigger a pattern of certain nations legislatively cancelling their extradition treaties with the U.S. government, over abuses thereof for financial gain in the tax realm. This would become a doubleedged sword for Washington, as people abroad accused of serious crimes regarding America, would never face justice in the States. What you will also see is creative and financial geniuses fleeing or not coming to America with their ideas and investments, in favor of living and working in countries with no extradition treaties with the United States.

Facebook Engaged In Insider Trading Knowing Stock Would Flop

Reports are indicating Facebook engaged in insider trading, to protect wealthy investors that are friends of so-called founder, Mark Zuckerberg. This conduct is completely criminal and warrants an investigation. An embarrassed Congress has already called for an investigation into the fiasco of an IPO, after a few senators were grandstanding over ex-pat, Eduardo Saverin, for renouncing his U.S. citizenship, after being ripped off by Zuckerberg.

A number of investors not in Zuckerberg's circle of friends, have sued stating Facebook inflated the value of its stock and earnings. In the past, Zuckerberg did something similar in undervaluing the company, to give the Winklevoss twins as little money as possible in court, after they sued him for stealing their idea, which became the social networking site Facebook. When thy figured out they'd been duped out of at least $10 billion dollars, they sued to reopen the case, but the Supreme Court failed in refusing it.

Sadly, people that clamored to Zuckerberg have egg on their faces for defending him, as the IPO has been a complete disaster of global proportions. He is a one trick pony that stole his way to the top and is now experiencing a fall from grace. It's time the public learns he's not the man with the ideas like Steve Jobs was when he was alive. Zuckerberg is the man that stole an idea.

John Boehner Demands Answers From Obama And Eric Holder On The Fast And Furious Scandal

U.S. President Barack Obama, his Attorney General, Eric Holder, the Department of Justice (DOJ) and its offshoot the FBI, continue to criminally stonewall Congress and provide knowingly false information in the "Fast and Furious" gun trafficking debacle.

The disgraceful "Fast and Furious" scandal involves Eric Holder illegally trafficking guns to the drug cartels in Mexico and the weapons being used to murder innocent Mexican civilians and two U.S. Border Patrol agents, due to the Attorney General's willful criminal negligence and violations of domestic and international law.

The FBI has been helping its parent agency the DOJ to cover up pertinent evidence, as alleged in the book "Fast and Furious: Barack Obama’s Bloodiest Scandal and Its Shameless Cover-up." Congressional House Speaker, John Boehner, sent a letter to the Obama Administration yesterday, via the DOJ demanding answers. Boehner further stated he is "troubled" by the cover-up and stonewalling of Congress in the matter.

Apart of the letter reads, "The American people deserve to know how such a fundamentally flawed operation could have continued for so long and have a full accounting of who knew of and approved an operation that placed weapons in the hands of drug cartels. If necessary, the House will act to fulfill our constitutional obligations in the coming week...It is our hope that, with your cooperation, this sad chapter in the history of American law enforcement can be put behind us."

U.S. Senator Schumer Speaks About Facebook Founder Like He Is A Runaway Slave For Leaving America

In an appallingly disgraceful display from a lawmaker in the U.S. Congress, Senator Chuck Schumer, a Democrat, slammed Brazilian born Facebook founder, Eduardo Saverin, for renouncing his acquired American citizenship and moving to Singapore. Saverin immigrated to America from Brazil with his wealthy family as a teenager. The family lived in Miami, Florida for years and Saverin became a U.S. citizen in 1998. He renounced his U.S. citizenship on April 30, 2012.

Schumer spoke of Saverin in terms that one would think the tech genius is a runaway slave that needed to be retrieved or punished, as a headline correctly summed it up as, "Dem senators introduce bill to punish Facebook co-founder Eduardo Saverin." How vindictive and vile.

Is his name Kunta Kinte Saverin. Did Mr. Schumer and the senator that cosponsored the bill, Democrat, Bob Casey, buy Saverin at a slave auction, thus making him their property, to do as they command. When you bark about people in those terms and from the U.S. Congress of all places, that's the impression in gives.

Let's get something straight. You didn't make Saverin or anyone else - God did. Voluntarily come down off your high horse before God does it for you.

What's ironic is Saverin has created more jobs in America with his intellectual property (Facebook) than Schumer or Casey have or ever will. Saverin has put more money via taxes into the U.S. Treasury than Schumer or Casey have or ever will. So if one is to judge who is a great American based on how much taxes they pay, which is basically what Schumer and Casey's proposed bill is implying, Saverin would rank very high and they would rank quite low.

Schumer referred to Saverin's departure as something that is apart of a "despicable trend." You know what the Judiciary Report thinks is a "despicable trend"? The obscene amount of money Congress and Obama Administration keeps spending in taxpayer money, with squat to show for it. But I digress...


Eduardo Saverin peacefully and quietly left America two weeks ago for "personal reasons" and is being attacked for it by the Obama Administration, Congress and some in the press. Why all the ruckus. Let the man be.

 If Congress thinks people leaving America is a "despicable trend" the legislature needs to look itself in the mirror and ask why people are doing so. Currently, the Obama Administration has and continues to abuse its powers at the FBI, SEC and IRS, to unlawfully harass and punish people and companies that do not sing the praises of Barack Obama, which is corrupt and unconstitutional. I ask you, how does such misconduct make America better or stronger. It has made the nation weaker and poorer.

Schumer and Casey's bill is another abusive move in that same vein. Sponsoring a vindictive, mean, slavetrader sounding congressional bill, is not going to stop anyone from leaving America, nor will it entice future businessmen and women to come to the country with their ideas and investments, as the Saverins, among others, did years ago.

They will look at how Saverin and others are being treated for expanding their horizons and living in a different part of the world and opt against going to or investing in America. They will forgo the nation, thinking to themselves, if at any time I choose to live somewhere else, I will be vindictively maligned in public and maliciously pursued by the U.S. government, seeking to harm me for a peaceful, personal choice. That's a risk most will not want to take.

What is being said about Saverin and the vengeful actions being taken, because he as a human being with rights, chose to freely move about the world, is disgraceful. Saverin and others are crazily being punished by a group of arrogant senators, acting like their personal slave property ran away. It is not Congress' finest hour. It is one of its worst.

Schumer and Casey are acting like a boyfriend after a break-up with a girl that has moved on. It's the equivalent of Schumer and Casey chasing Saverin down the street and into the airport screaming, "You can't quit me" and "I'll get you for this."

 I find it odd that Mr. Schumer and Mr. Casey think threatening, bullying and barking foul legislation at someone from the floor of Congress is going to make them want to stay. If anything, it would reaffirm a person's decision to leave. What's next with Congress, will certain senators do what Hollywood has done in maliciously, fraudulently, crazily and obsessively filing a lawsuit over a person lawfully leaving America (yes, they've done that in another case, but more on that in another article to be published shortly).

Some are describing Saverin's departure as a tax dodge. However, the reported "$67,000,000" in taxes he allegedly dodged is nothing to Saverin, who is worth $3 billion dollars (Saverin only owns 4% of Facebook, after being robbed by greedy, disgraceful Mark Zuckerberg, as seen in the movie "The Social Network").

Saverin stated of his move to Singapore, "I did not think once about my position related to tax savings. The whole idea that that was important to me or part of my consideration is not accurate...simplicity of focus so that my time and efforts can be spent on what matters to me. If I chose to open a bank account locally in Singapore, most of the banks would not accept me in having a fully functional bank account."

Saverin lists his departure as one based in "personal reasons." If you watched the movie "The Social Network" you really shouldn't be surprised he left. I can't imagine the nasty, horrible, contentious, corrupted legal battle and the foul, disdainful way Saverin was treated by crook Mark Zuckerberg, didn't weight on his decision to depart. That whole experience would leave a bad taste in anyone's mouth. Life is too short to have one's quality of life drained by such terrible events. No amount of money can compensate for that.

 Zuckerberg is a little thief and he needs to stop pretending he is otherwise. He stole the idea for Facebook from the Winklevoss twins, then Suckerberg as he is called by some online, suckered Saverin, his roommate, into giving him money ($30,000) and his mathematical code (algorithm) to build the site that became Facebook.

Saverin's algorithm was invaluable to Facebook, because Zuckerberg couldn't get the site to work without. Saverin brought a lot to the table in intellectual property and via funding the project now known as Facebook. Congress owes him some gratitude for the jobs and international acclaim Facebook has created, not the unhinged contempt of a group of vengeful senators, disgracing the legislature.

Saverin and the Winklevoss twins are the parents of the baby that is Facebook. Zuckerberg is the nurse that helped to deliver the baby, who then stole it. By right and under the law, he should be in prison for what he did, as it constituted criminal copyright infringement, fraud, bank fraud, grand theft larceny, conspiracy to defraud and racketeering, among other charges.

Zuckerberg is a glorified webmaster. Webmastering is a job I've done for 11-years, so I know it when I see it. At most Zuckerberg should have been given a set fee of a few thousand dollars for designing the website Facebook that was someone else's idea, project and computer code. When you look at Google, it is a detailed algorithm that is worth billions. Much like Saverin's algorithm is worth billions, all of which he has not received after being ripped off by Zuckerberg.

What makes a great site is the idea behind it and its contents, not necessarily the aesthetic design by the webmaster. There are some sites that are great to look at, but that's all you do and don't visit often, because its contents is airheaded and boring (some of you know men and women like that as well).

Then there are other sites that have a basic design without all the bells and whistles, but the idea and content causes you to visit often. Look at Drudge Report. The design is pretty basic, downright archaic, but the idea behind it and contents are what made it a hit. But I digress again...

 In the end, Saverin and the Winklevoss twins got screwed out of 99% of what was due to them, tens of billions of dollars, while that little weasel Zuckerberg goes around the world taking full credit and most of the money, $20 billion dollars, for something he stole, Facebook.

Zuckerberg is one of the biggest thieves in history and has been recorded as such thanks to "The Social Network." That's one of the great things about film. It immortalizes a story for everyone to see indefinitely. The Facebook story is and continues to be a great injustice that needs to be corrected.

Saverin was robbed of tens of billions of dollars and now Congress is forming legislation to try and rip him off some more, after all he did for America and after the unconscionable things Zuckerberg did to him. Zuckerberg didn't make Saverin rich, it's the other way around. Saverin's family already had money when they came to America and now Congress is trying to take as much of that money as possible.

Something has profoundly gone wrong in the system. The government needs to stop whining about people leaving and ask itself what in the legal system and legislature is causing such things to happen, regarding people leaving, seeking other places to live and do business. Congress and the Obama Administration know the answer. They are just too embarrassed and ashamed to admit they are a big part of the problem.
But go ahead with the acts of malice, as the nation and world are watching and shall judge you by it forever. So shall God.

Why Does Congress Repeatedly Allow The FBI To Stonewall The Legislature

Why does the U.S. Congress constantly allow federal law enforcement agency, the FBI, to repeatedly stonewall the legislature during public hearings (see: The FBI Stonewalling Congress About Fort Hood). It's not a good look on the agency that they are chronically clandestine and refuse to provide answers to Congress, the press or the people. 

The racist FBI behave as though they are a law unto themselves. So many mainstream newspaper and blog reports have outed the FBI, regarding flagrantly breaking the law. Yet, each time nothing comes out of it and they go back and commit even more egregious crimes.


Mueller kept stonewalling Congress again last week, refusing to answer questions about racist materials on Muslim-Americans (also see: FBI Director Robert S. How is such criminal conduct being answerable to Congress or the people. That is a total sham. It wouldn't be so bad if the FBI's deeds weren't hurting so many innocent people, but they continually harm others and in a criminal fashion. Thanks to this terribly poor oversight, the FBI believes and operates as though it is above the law. The whole thing is a sham and is costing the U.S. taxpayers $8 billion dollars per year.

Is The FBI Right To Demand A Backdoor To Your Websites And Blogs

Racist FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller, who has been slammed in Congress and the press, for invading the privacy of Americans and international citizens, is at it again. This time deceitful Mueller is demanding backdoor access to all websites on the internet, without the knowledge or consent of the owners. I ask, do you want the FBI having a backdoor to your websites and blogs, to do as they please. This is after all the agency that outrageously wiretapped 27,000,000 phone calls in one year, in a massive overreach and violation of privacy.

The problem with their latest demand is it will suffer the same problems past FBI spying has encountered - widespread abuses throughout the agency. Websites will be open to surreptitious editing, with item and article deletions that webmasters may not spot immediately, until they opt to refer to it at a later date and find it gone.

I'm speaking from experience, as a few articles I have written and published online at the Judiciary Report about the FBI, were hacked, the agency's logo repeatedly removed and items in the text altered, which becomes apparent when the version of the site that is published online, all of a sudden differs from original copy of the site backed up on hard disc (DVD-ROM). The FBI cannot be trusted with the privilege of having backdoors to people's sites and blogs, courtesy of hosting companies and software manufacturers they demand the right from. As history has shown, they will abuse it.

The FBI Is Unlawfully Operating In Foreign Countries Without The Consent Of Host Governments

The FBI is no stranger to trouble in America, as they have been exposed and excoriated in the U.S. Congress and by watchdog groups and websites, such as the Judiciary Report, for illegally spying on Americans in numerous ways that violate the Constitution of the United States. 

The FBI has also been unlawfully operating in foreign nations in Europe, Mexico, South America and the Caribbean, without the consent of the host governments. They have engaged illegal wiretaps, GPS tracking, computer hacking, phone hacking, website hacking and surveillance, via shadowing foreign citizens in their own nations. This criminal misconduct far exceeds in every fashion, their congressional mandate. 

They are sending FBI agents into said foreign nations as tourists, to easily clear customs, with the intent of having them spy on select local citizens of the aforementioned nations and regions. This is unquestionably illegal and is worthy of censure.

United Nations Says America Should Return Some Stolen Land To The Indians

The Guardian newspaper has published a piece titled "US should return stolen land to Indian tribes, says United Nations." It deals with native Indians in America, being robbed of their land and facing terrible "racial discrimination" and financial hardships. According to the report, Congress is ignoring the plight of the native American Indians. 

Contrary to what many think, all native Indian tribes are not swimming in tax free money and living the high life. Many are poor and disenfranchised. As the original Americans, more needs to be done to help them. Their ancestors were robbed of their land and murdered. Restitution needs to be made in some financial form for these injustices.

Friday 4 May 2012 23.46 BST - UN's correspondent on indigenous peoples urges government to act to combat 'racial discrimination' felt by Native Americans. A United Nations investigator probing discrimination against Native Americans has called on the US government to return some of the land stolen from Indian tribes as a step toward combatting continuing and systemic racial discrimination.

James Anaya, the UN special rapporteur on the rights of indigenous peoples, said no member of the US Congress would meet him as he investigated the part played by the government in the considerable difficulties faced by Indian tribes.

Anaya said that in nearly two weeks of visiting Indian reservations, indigenous communities in Alaska and Hawaii, and Native Americans now living in cities, he encountered people who suffered a history of dispossession of their lands and resources, the breakdown of their societies and "numerous instances of outright brutality, all grounded on racial discrimination"...

Democrats And Republicans Agree The Taliban Has Grown Stronger Under President Obama

A new scathing report by a bipartisan congressional committee of Democrats and Republicans, has come to the conclusion, the terrorist group the Taliban has grown stronger under U.S. President Barack Obama. Another damaging report indicates President Obama has been secretly releasing Taliban fighters in Afghanistan, which is the wrong course of action.


A third report indicates the troop surge President Obama order in Afghanistan failed and has only served to make things worse. It's time to bring the troops back to America, reuniting them with their families and helping them assimilate back to life in the States. Let the war on terror be one targeting terrorists, not nations. This can be achieved through special-ops, using highly trained military teams, such as the Navy Seals. America cannot afford these wars in lives lost or the trillions in debt. No nation can. As the Judiciary Report has stated for several years, use that war money on building the U.S. economy.

Legislative Bill Passes To Halt Foreclosures OF Military In The Field



A legislative bill in the U.S. Congress to stop foreclosures against the properties of active servicemen in the military has passed. It is expected to be signed into law shortly. This is a positive development that is long overdue, as the government owes the soldiers for sacrificing and jeopardizing their lives (especially over Bush's senseless wars).

Culture Of Corruption Creeping In Among Federal Law Enforcement Agents Regarding Sex And Drugs

The high profile U.S. Secret Service prostitution scandal is wreaking havoc, as they are being singled out for criticism in the current prostitution and stripper scandals. However, they are not the only federal government outfit engaging in such behavior. Certain employees of the FBI are notorious for throwing sex parties. They also engage in promiscuity while at work, on the taxpayers' dime and property. Some even troll the internet for women to have sex with, which is dangerous.

I believe these problems are occurring due to the manner in which federal agents are trained. It's too rigid. They are trained to be emotionless fighters and killers, taught to suppress their feelings and any and all distress. Therefore, when the opportunity presents itself, some choose to cut loose in a manner that goes way too far, retaining prostitutes and strippers for sex (and sometimes threesomes and orgies).  

Head of the FBI, Robert S. Mueller, doesn't set a good example, as an adulterous man with a thing for young chicks, who could be his granddaughters. The agents know he is a dirty old man and think nothing of behaving badly themselves. Talk about poor leadership...

Do remember, condoms have a failure rate and diseases do not discriminate or suspend themselves because you are away from home. Sex should occur in its proper context between married people, not with strippers, prostitutes and some of you, with porn stars, jeopardizing one's health. 

Then there's the issue of drug abuse. Some federal agents take cocaine, E or smoke weed (on and off the job). Others pop pills to hype themselves up for federal raids, which is very dangerous for the heart. Alcoholism is also a rampant problem among federal agents. Their job is too stressful and some hit the bottle to de-stress and inadvertently becoming alcoholics. Drinking a moderate amount for enjoyment is one thing. Drinking to excess, to the point one is drunk, is not a good thing.

New Book On The Fast And Furious Scandal Implicates Eric Holder And The FBI In A Cover Up That Killed U.S. Agents

The "Fast and Furious" gun trafficking scandal has battered U.S. Attorney General, Eric Holder of the Department of Justice (DOJ) and damaged President Obama at home and abroad. A new book entitled "Fast and Furious: Barack Obama’s Bloodiest Scandal and Its Shameless Cover-up" is shedding light on what happened.  

Holder illegally trafficked guns to the Mexican drug cartels to see what would happen and it ended up causing the violent deaths of hundreds of innocent Mexican civilians and two U.S. Border Patrol agents, who were simply doing their jobs. The FBI, a branch of the Department of Justice, is being accused of criminally hiding one of the weapons from the crime scene, in relation to the death of U.S. Borer Patrol agent, Brian Terry. This criminal conduct constitutes obstruction of justice.

Rather than do the decent and honorable thing, coming clean regarding his crimes, Holder chose to launch a massive cover up with the president's permission, dishonoring the dead. However, investigative journalists have been unraveling the cover up and bringing the truth to light for all to see. Holder's conduct violated U.S. and Mexican law and he should be prosecuted for this criminal conduct. No one should be above the law and as Attorney General he should have set an example, not disgrace his post in the terrible manner he has done.

As Attorney General, there are so many great legal initiatives one can under take, in defense of the poor, victimized and downtrodden. For Holder to have recklessly trafficked guns into Mexico, in conduct that would have resulted in lengthy prison terms if an American civilian had done the same, was to show great contempt and disrespect for the post of Attorney General. It betrays his mindset and the fact there is something very wrong with him to have done such a destructive and evil thing. His conduct must not go unpunished as people have died.

In Operation Fast and Furious, federal agents allowed more than 2,000 weapons to be smuggled across the U.S.-Mexican border and into the hand of violent drug cartels, with the intent of tracking them to learn more about the cartels. Two weapons connected to Fast and Furious were discovered at the murder scene of U.S. Border Patrol agent Brian Terry, who was gunned down in the Southern Arizona desert in 2010 by five criminals armed with AK-47s...

Report: The FBI Has Been Beating, Torturing And Threatening To Kill American Citizens If They Will Not Become Snitches (Informants)

 The FBI has been sued for renditioning and torturing Muslim-American citizen, Yonas Fikre, who was beaten and placed on the no fly list. Fikre maintains the FBI threatened to kill him, in a plot the CIA is also accused of participating in. Fikre stated the criminal actions by the law enforcement agency came when he refused to be an FBI informant. He also stated they issued veiled threats regarding his family.

Fikre is one of many, who have accused and sued the FBI for such inhumane and illegal conduct. The FBI has engaged in a criminal pattern of human rights abuses and invasion of privacy against "natural born" and naturalized American citizens, which is unlawful and worthy of the highest prosecution.

The FBI is flagrantly violating the Geneva Conventions, the U.S. Code and Constitution, regarding not engaging in cruel and unusual punishment. The agency has become a rogue police force with no accountability, resembling the now defunct SS under Hitler. The FBI is kidnapping, torturing, threatening, harassing and stalking people accused of no crimes. Why has Congress allowed them to engage in this disgraceful conduct. Where is the oversight.

US citizen accuses FBI of torture and death threats

Thursday 19 April 2012 - US citizen Yonas Fikre claimed on Wednesday that he was detained in the United Arab Emirates last year and tortured by FBI agents. Mr Fikre, a Muslim who is currently seeking asylum in Sweden, told a press conference in Stockholm that he was beaten, threatened with death and kept in solitary confinement for over three months...

"It was very hard, because you don't know why you are in there and the only person you speak to is either yourself, or the wall, or when you go to the restroom or when you go to the torture place," said Mr Fikre, who was held for 106 days...

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is demanding that the US Justice Department investigate his treatment. The council alleges that over the past two years the FBI has been using aggressive tactics against Muslim US citizens travelling abroad to try to pressure them to become informants...

The FBI Violating The Home Life Of Innocent People For Political Gain

 The FBI, under Director Robert S. Mueller, has been exhibiting increasingly invasive conduct that indicates they are out of control and breaking domestic and international law. When a law enforcement agency sees it fit to target innocent people for political reasons and financial gain, rather than matters related to the law, they have gone too far and those among them engaging in such conduct are eligible for imprisonment.

I will cite a few examples communicated to me by one of my credible sources responsible for some of my exclusives (all of which have been proven true). In one incident, the FBI flat out lied to a foreign government  for political gain at home, to receive their assistance in spying on an innocent person, whose work makes them eligible for a very prestigious international prize.

The FBI falsified documents, made false claims and lied to the government of the foreign country the innocent person moved to for a few months for work related reasons, stating the individual is a spy, when it is completely and utterly untrue. They did so to get the foreign government to place the innocent person under surveillance and report the details back to them, because a corrupt politician in Washington has been illegally spying on said individual's work for personal gain, which is illegal. As a result of the FBI's lies, a foreign government has defamatory and derogatory items in its files on an individual some believe will go on to win the Nobel Prize.

In another incident, the FBI illegally installed wiretaps in a foreign country on the phone lines of a man, whose offspring they have been watching, due to the person being influential. The individual has not committed any crime, but is well-connected and the FBI criminally seeks to benefit from the person's contacts for political reasons - not matters of national security or law enforcement. The FBI has also been going through the family's trash in the foreign nation, further overstepping their congressional mandate, which does not extend outside U.S. shores.

Another shameful incident involving the FBI, is their disgraceful conduct in stalking and invading the privacy of an Indian man in his community, violating existing rules between reservations and the U.S. government. They have him under surveillance for crimes he did not commit and perversely know what goes on in his very home, which is sick by anyone's standards.

Other unlawful political conduct the FBI has been engaging in includes, harassing innocent Americans and foreigners they seek to make pawns in their probes into others' lives, who are not guilty of crimes, threatening them and their family members with undesirable action. They have aggressively contacted family members and friends of scientists, journalists and business people, seeking their assistance in manipulating them into doing their bidding, which is harassment. Who is the FBI to be invading people's personal and home life in that manner. It betrays mental illness and derangement on Mueller's part. He is a sadistic, sick person.   

In another incident, they scared the father of an innocent target, viciously implying his offspring would be killed if he did not help them control and manipulate the person, to aide the FBI in a political matter that was of no importance to national security, but designed to benefit a corrupt politician they trade favors with.

This is but a small sampling of the illegal bull the FBI has been doing, wasting U.S. taxpayers money and causing trouble all over the place. That's millions of your tax dollars going up in smoke over foolishness. The agency is out of control and their conduct is going to result in a massive scandal that world history will never forget. Congress has failed to rein in the FBI's overreaching, illegal conduct.

The Secret Service Prostitution Scandal Is Spreading Again With People Dragging Obama Into It

The Secret Service prostitution scandal, regarding a state visit to Colombia, by U.S. President Barack Obama and his team, is taking on a life of its own. It is being reported, the sexual debauchery and cocaine taking took place at a second hotel as well, namely the Hilton Hotel in Cartagena, where the president stayed during the official trip. You can sense President Obama is being dragged into the story, with some attempting to implicate him in the unethical conduct, as he has admitted to taking drugs in the past. It is hurting his reelection bid.

The Hilton Hotel chain is having a rough time of late. In February 2012, legendary singer, Whitney Houston, overdosed on cocaine in one of their suites in Beverly Hills, drowning in the bathtub. Now the Hilton is being implicated in the prostitution scandal as well. Usually, when you think "Hilton" and "prostitution" you think heiress heirhead, Paris Hilton, but for once she is not involved.
 
As much as the Judiciary Report is no fan of the Hilton family (Paris' immediate family) the chain really cannot be held responsible for the unlawful conduct of their guests, regarding what takes place in private hotel suites (prostitution is legal in Colombia, but not in America and if a U.S. citizen breaks American law abroad, there could be a liability issue in the States).

If it was a security matter or personal injury stemming from clear cut negligence on the hotel's part, that's another thing. However, the hotel can't be blamed for adults booking rooms, then privately engaging in prostitution and or drug use.

Members of Congress are calling for hearings into the scandal. Select senators also want White House staff investigated for this matter. This scandal does not appear to be dying down. The Judiciary Report is of the belief drug taking and prostitution is unethical and a massive distraction for those protecting a head of state.

One cannot be keen and alert under those conditions, as the human brain and body in general is physiologically impaired when such vices are introduced. All it takes is for one bullet to kill a head of state in a matter of seconds. It has happened before and not just to U.S. presidents. Protecting a head of state requires dedication, sobriety and focus.
