A Teary Eyed Rebekah Brooks And Her Co-conspirators In The Phone Hacking Scandal Face First Court Hearing On Bail

Charlie Brooks and wife Rebekah Brooks when they were charged weeks ago

Rebekah Brooks, one of the former top executives at Rupert Murdoch's News International/News Corp, appeared in British court yesterday, seeking bail in connection with the phone hacking scandal, after being charged with "conspiracy to pervert the course of justice." Brooks looked tearful and broken, not her usual glamorous, smirking self. Murdoch has remained strangely silent on the matter, after he got all these people into trouble, via knowingly corrupt and illegal orders.

The executive and her husband, Charlie Brooks, who is also charged for aiding her in an attempt at disposing evidence, alongside four other News International/News Corp employees, sought and received bails on the strict terms they do not communicate with each other, not even on social networking websites. The judge also admonished them not to be late to court, as the case proceedings could go on in their absence.

Brooks has a small child, who may be sent to live with relatives or placed in government care, in the event she and her husband are sent to prison on obstruction of justice charges. Many entertainers in Britain and other public figures want Brooks jailed, due to the way she taunted and terrorized them, while working at News International/News Corp.

In other news, the Metropolitan Police has referred the names of several other journalists in the phone hacking scandal, to the prosecutors in the case. This indicates more charges could be looming in the case. Stay tuned...

Rupert Murdoch's Right Hand Man Andy Coulson Arrested And Charged With Perjury In Phone Hacking Scandal

Andy Coulson arrested again

The police are closing in on Rupert Murdoch's circle of business associates and friends. First Rebekah Brooks was arrested twice, then charged. Now former News International/News Corp executive, Andy Coulson, who was another of Rupert Murdoch's key employees before resigning, has been arrested for a second time in the phone hacking case and charged with perjury.

Coulson was arrested at his luxury South London home and taken to a "high security" police station in Scotland. The Judiciary Report wrote about Coulson on the site a few weeks ago after encountering him in public (News Corp's Andy Coulson From The Phone Hacking Scandal Is Struggling With Mental Illness).

Rupert Murdoch thinks he's so hot. He's so wrong.

This latest arrest stems from Coulson lying in court, regarding British politician Tommy Sheridan, in a case that directly involves the current phone hacking scandal. It is clear the Metropolitan Police are not amused by the damage the case has caused them. Coulson and Brooks need to start cooperating and maybe the police and prosecution will go easier on them.

Once again, Murdoch is not worth this grief and the prospect of prison and financial loss. It's time to speak up and stop covering for him.The Judiciary Report knows Murdoch and others in his clandestine Kabbalah cult, are the ringleaders behind the phone hacking scandal, having learned these criminal ways from convicted private investigator and Mafioso, Anthony Pellicano. However, Brooks and Coulson, among others, never should have trusted Murdoch and co. and went along with it.

What Would Be A Good Title For The Forthcoming Movie On News Corp's Rebekah Brooks

It was announced at the Cannes Film Festival in France that there is a planned biopic on Rupert Murdoch's top News International/News Corp executive, Rebekah Brooks, who resigned under a cloud of suspicion in the phone hacking scandal. Brooks is in a continued state of disbelief, over being arrested twice, then charged in the phone hacking case.

The Judiciary Report would like to offer up a few title suggestions for the forthcoming film. One could call it "Red" but that's already taken, as is "Fall Guy" which would be appropriate (*looks at guilty Rupert Murdoch*). Another possible title is "Why I Shouldn't Have Listened To Rupert Murdoch Or Listened In To Other People's Conversations" (lengthy but funny). My personal favorite is "Babbling Brook(s)" a pun on her name and talkativeness in trying to worm her way out of trouble.

Man Sentenced To Jail For Hacking Emails Between Actress Selena Gomez And Singer Justin Bieber

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez

21-year-old Gareth Crosskey, hacked the emails of actress, Selena Gomez, to spy on her communications with boyfriend, Justin Bieber, 18, in conduct that constitutes criminal offenses. He also contacted press outlets offering them the private communications between the young couple, after using the materials to harass the entertainers.

Crosskey even contacted Gomez's stepfather by email stating, "'Her personal email shows what her fans might want to see. I've made a copy of every email between Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez and Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato. I think the paparazzi will have a field day' before telling him to reply 'ASAP'." Sounds like talk of the couple's sexual relationship.

Crosskey's conduct was completely out of line. Then again, Gomez is no angel herself, having been privy to the private information of others in the entertainment industry, which she used to make herself richer and to look better.

Rebekah Brooks Ticked Off The Wrong Crown Prosecutor In Britain

Charlie Brooks and his tearful wife Rebekah Brooks after being charged with crimes (Photo Credit: Alan Davidson)

Rebekah Brooks, the former chief executive of Rupert Murdoch's News International, owned by his company, News Corp, is attempting to have charges against her tossed on the grounds the prosecutor, Alison Levitt, is a woman she once wrote a nasty tabloid story about, in the now defunct News Of The World paper. Ooo, sucks to be you.

Alison Levitt

Brooks believes Levitt is out to get her, after she published a damaging story regarding her having an extramarital affair with politician Alex Carlisle. The Judiciary Report does not agree with adultery, but Brooks' conduct devastated the Carlisle wife and the former editor has no one to blame for that but herself. Murdoch's News Corp has destroyed a number of people's lives in the name of money and should not be surprised when it comes back to bite them in the backside.

Obama It Is Finally Coming Home To Rebekah Brooks That She Is In Trouble And News Corp And Rupert Murdoch Aren't Saving Her

As the Judiciary Report has maintained for years, not all publicity is good publicity. When bad publicity sticks, public perception will become your new reality and can turn the tide against you in the criminal justice system. Rebekah Brooks is finding this out the hard way, as she and those in her inner circle have been hit with serious charges in the phone hacking scandal.

Brooks is one of Rupert Murdoch's favorite scapegoats and the woman he got to do much of his dirty work at his company News International/News Corp. Now she is staring prison in the face in the phone hacking scandal. Yesterday, you could see it in Brooks shocked and saddened eyes that for the first time it has finally come home to her she is in trouble. Brooks looked like she wanted to burst into tears while giving a speech on the serious charges, which could be amended at a later date to reflect more misconduct.

As stated previously, corrupt Murdoch made his employees feel they could commit any crime and he would buy or bully their way out of it, using his questionably acquired wealth and news outlets. But this time the whiff of prison came too close to home and he let many of his top employees take the fall for him and his vile, greedy family.

Not only is Brooks in trouble, so are the "people closest" to her, in a development that has devastated her. Her husband Charlie Brooks is probably sorry he married her, as he has been charged in the scandal for trying to dispose of incriminating evidence for her, as has her personal assistant, Cheryl Carter.

Rupert Murdoch: suckers!

So serious is the writing on the wall, a mainstream outlet published the article "A tabloid tale - the rise and fall of Rebekah Brooks." Former editor Brooks should know better than most what it means when a journalist hits you with the rise and fall tag. Brooks is now on the receiving end of the same type of hard hitting and salacious stories she used to level at others, who hated it. She clearly does not know how to handle it.

Brooks should not have listened to Murdoch, who a year ago, told her this story would blow over in, well, one year. Yet, one year on and she has been criminally charged in the phone hacking scandal. In all the things Murdoch taught Brooks about being ruthless and treacherous, he self-servingly and deliberately didn't teach her one of the most vital lessons, always remember to cover your butt. After all, he needed somebody to take the fall for him, so why would he teach her that...

Rupert Murdoch's Trusted Confidant Rebekah Brooks, Her Husband And Four Other News Corp Employees Charged In The Phone Hacking Scandal

Brooks In The Dock For Dumping The Docs

Rebekah Brooks

[Article background: this is another in the series of phone hacking articles the Judiciary Report has published, regarding a scandal I broke first in October 2005, via a police complaint I filed with the Metropolitan Police in London, England. 46 people have been arrested by the Metropolitan Police since the time I filed the complaint. However, the Murdochs and other key conspirators remain free and the FBI has not arrested anyone, though the crimes began and continue in News Corp's New York headquarters]

Today has not been a good one for News Corp CEO, Rupert Murdoch. His mistress, Rebekah Brooks, 43, who was also the former head of News Corp's newspaper division, News International, has been charged in the phone hacking scandal, with conspiracy to pervert the course of justice. Brooks raged today that the charges are "weak and unjust."

Charlie Brooks and wife Rebekah Brooks

Four others have been charged with Brooks: her husband, Charlie Brooks, personal assistant Cheryl Carter, News International's head of security, Mark Hanna, security consultant Daryl Jorsling and chauffeur Paul Edwards. It stems from the incident the Judiciary Report wrote about on  July 20, 2011 titled "Former News Corp Employee Rebekah Brooks Accused Of Trying To Destroy Evidence Police Found." Brooks and co. were caught dumping incriminating docs, mobile phones and a laptop. On March 14, 2012, she was arrested again due to it (News Corp's Executive Rebekah Brooks Arrested Again In The Phone Hacking Scandal).

Rupert Murdoch

As a matter of fact, last week, during one of the Leveson hearings, Brooks stated British Prime Minister, David Cameron signed his emails to her "LOL" thinking it meant "lots of love." Well, with prison hanging over Rebekah's head, "LOL" will mean lots of lesbians.

Rebekah, you may want to ugly it up,  you know, get a makeover makeunder to look like that foul jerk Madonna, whose arrogance got you into this mess, with her refusal to mind her own business and stay out of people's company business.

One of News Corp's biggest investors Prince Alwaleed bin Talal

The odd thing is, Murdoch's fellow Kabbalah member Madonna, hasn't learned her lesson to buzz off and is still interfering in my business, but worse than ever. She is begging for another scandal, but one that will land her in the dock and where she least expects it.

Trust me, keep criminally interfering in my business as you have been doing, ramping up your madness over the past month and my next string of lawful, exposé articles will have News Corp coming after you. You more than most should know what Rupert Murdoch is really like behind the scenes when he gets really angry and what he is truly capable of. I can't imagine News Corp investor, Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, will be happy either.
