Federal Law Enforcement In America Should Not Be Helmed By The FBI

After the sweeping blow the FBI received from the New Zealand high court recently in the MegaUpload case, adding to the number of scandals the agency has experienced, it is clear the Federal Bureau of Investigation should not be helming law enforcement in America.

Local police throughout America and other federal agencies often defer to the FBI on law enforcement matters. However, the FBI has a snobby attitude, with management looking down on everyday cops. Often one finds that everyday police officers do a better job than the FBI, as they are not encumbered by the agency's political leanings or social agenda, when addressing crime.

In the FBI's unending quest for power, the agency has usurped so many civil liberties Americans once enjoyed, privacy ceases to exist in America. This is lamentable, as the Constitution is a great document, but it's too bad the FBI doesn't follow it (or the law for that matter).

New Zealand Court Rules Against The FBI In The MegaUpload Piracy And Copyright Infringement Case

This is a follow up to the June 8. 2012 article FBI Accused Of Breaking International Law In Taking Evidence In Megaupload Piracy And Copyright Infringement Case, where the Judiciary Report stated the Federal Bureau Of Investigation acted illegally in the matter. The courts in New Zealand agree with the Judiciary Report and ruled that the FBI's conduct in the case and their country during the raid on the home of MegaUpload's founder KimDotCom was illegal. 

Once again, Hollywood has brought the FBI international and domestic disgrace. FBI arrogantly ran roughshod over the New Zealand government, much like they did in India, Jamaica and Britain to very negative results. When is the FBI going to learn to respect other people's borders and nations. At the FBI there is a an absolute hatred and contempt for all things foreign. No one respects the Department of Justice or FBI anymore as a result of this abusive, hateful behavior.

President Obama needs to wake up and realize the things transpiring in his administration are doing America a great disservice in the world. You’ve got a gun trafficker at the Department of Justice (Eric Holder) that has caused the deaths of hundreds of people on two sides of the border (America and Mexico). You've also got a hateful NEO Nazi running the FBI (Robert S. Mueller) who openly hates and discriminates against Muslims and blacks, as attested by many lawsuits filed against this many in unrelated cases.

Under the two aforementioned men, you have vile U.S. attorneys making nasty, racist, hateful statements in court documents spitting on the Civil Rights Act, stating it "did not give black people equal rights in America" - therefore criminals can do as they please to blacks as, "It would not have mattered anyway."

What kind of show are you running Obama. You clearly do not have your political house under control, because you would be out of your mind to condone and agree with this criminal and cruel behavior emanating from your cabinet and appointees. The worst part is the Department of Justice and its agency the FBI are supposed to be federal law enforcement and they are breaking the law more than anyone.
Do you really think this madness makes the government look good. People all over the nation and in the world are wondering what is going on at the DOJ and FBI that such brazenly bad conduct is transpiring and for all to see. No one is impressed. People are alarmed and aghast.

You are the President of the United States of America. You are supposed to have that under control, but you clearly don’t. That does not inspire confidence. Neither does covering up for criminals such as Holder and Mueller, with people around the world stating they are breaking the law.

And make no mistake, when you illegally traffic guns into another nation and cause the deaths of several hundred people in doing so, you are a massive criminal. When you illegally wiretap millions of Americans, spy on people through their phones and  in their homes via computers and webcams and torture and threat to kill US citizens that do not do your illegal bidding, you are a massive criminal. You need to get a hold of yourselves.

The job performance numbers of U.S. President Barack Obama are down again, currently sitting at 43 percent, according to Gallup. This spells a 57 percent disapproval rating. Obama has suffered a number of scandals and setbacks during his presidency, threatening to topple his reelection bid this winter. 

President Obama has lost control of his cabinet, with certain members of his government, such as Attorney General, Eric Holder and FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller, bringing his administration an enormous amount of shame and public ridicule, via their criminal misconduct, as seen in congressional hearings. FBI Accused Of Breaking International Law In Taking Evidence In International Megaupload Piracy And Copyright Infringement Case

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller is never one for following international law or respecting other nation's sovereignty. Time and time again he is rebuffed in the international community for breaking the law in other nations. Well, he has done it again. 

Attorneys for New Zealand based, Kim Dotcom, the man behind the website Megaupload, have filed legal papers in court, stating the FBI broke international law, by copying and taking files from his computers out of the country and into the United States, when the case is not in American jurisdiction.

New Zealand authorities arrested Kim Dotcom, on the request of the FBI, as his website Megaupload, has been accused of copyright infringement and piracy. Megaupload was subsequently taken offline by the police. The FBI acted illegally in copying the files and taking them back to the agency in America. The FBI's conduct constitutes hacking and data theft, both felonies under the law.

The Judiciary Report does not agree with hacking, copyright infringement, piracy or data theft. Megaupload engaged in many violations of domestic and international copyrights, via the unauthorized hosting of copyrighted films, television shows, music and software, in their entirety, in acts that are not protected under the Fair Use section of the Copyright Act (US law) or any portion of the Berne Treaty (international law).  

It should also be noted, if the FBI is going to claim they are a law enforcement agency, they need to stop hypocritically breaking the law at every turn, engaging in copyright infringement, criminal copyright infringement, data theft and hacking. No one respects that from anyone. Just because the FBI is a so-called law enforcement agency, does not make its employees above the law. 

It's amazing that when people like Rupert Murdoch at News Corp and Madonna in Kabbalah criminally steal copyrighted works, the FBI director covers for them, due to bribery. But when an everyday person does it the agency tries to destroy them for it. Once again, hypocrites and no one respects that.

There is also a matter pointed out by the RT website, regarding the FBI seizing the Megaupload website/domain, without filing charges against the company or serving its owners (due process and process service). This is another black mark on the FBI and its parent agency, the Department of Justice.  

Note to Kim Dotcom: if you wanted to get out of the charges, you should have bribed Mueller, as my unimpeachable sources state the going rate is $1,000,000.

Mueller has also damaged relationships of agents, via his ridiculous, nonsensical policy of forcing agents to uproot their families, children included, to move to Washington, DC to work at the Federal Bureau of Investigation's headquarters. Families have been pushed to the limit, relationships strained, kids displaced, divorce papers filed, as a result of this stupid policy Mueller enacted, when agents who known their local communities would be more effective at home, rather than in the nation's capital.

The FBI is routinely hauled into and slammed in congress for unconstitutional criminal activity, such as extensively and illegally spying on the American people and covering up cases for corrupt reasons.

FBI agents and executives have quit the agency, when they discovered the criminal activity Mueller has been getting up to and ordering others that work at the Federal Bureau of Investigation to carry out, in violation of U.S. and international law. 

It has created a brain drain at the Federal Bureau of Investigation. FBI employees who have left the agency have also commented that Mueller is very mentally ill. Yet, the U.S. Congress keeps madman Mueller in the post, which is going to lead to a terrible international scandal.

I've been here in London on business for a few weeks and my mobile phones have been illegally phone hacked and wiretapped. The first mobile phone I bought worked perfectly fine. Firstly, the mobile phone that was crystal clear and interruption free prior to the U.S. call, began experiencing static, interference, buzzing, beeping and cross talk on the line, which according to many experts are symptoms of phone hacking and wiretapping.

Secondly, calls began abruptly cutting off during key points of conversations, another sign of phone hacking and illegal wiretapping according to experts on the subject. Prior to me giving out the number to a close relative in Miami, whose phone is also illegally wiretapped, as I call it often, calls would complete perfectly, but now calls are being cut off at crucial moments, which is the same problem my phones in Miami mysteriously developed, when they were discovered to be illegally wiretapped in 2005.

Thirdly, items said in confidence over the phone, once again began coming out via chronic thief Madonna and her associates in News Corp and at the Daily Mail, another tell tale sign of illegal wiretapping and phone hacking, according to experts.

As a result, I bought a second mobile phone in London, England by a different brand/company, as I wanted privacy and peace to conduct my business. Once again, the phone was fine for a few days, but once I gave out the number, the symptoms of phone hacking and illegal wiretapping began on the second phone as well, in attempts at spying on me and disrupting my business.

They have further contacted people on my mobile phone call list, whose numbers they gained via illegally hacking into my phones and have been trying to criminally sabotage my business dealings here in London (more on that shortly). Evidence has surfaced that News Corp. and Madonna/Kabbalah did this with the support and backing of the U.S. FBI, who are operating illegally on British shores in this matter. I will make said evidence public in an upcoming article.

Why are they doing this you ask? After having tremendous difficulty doing business in America, due to Madonna, Kabbalah and her associates in Hollywood, criminally sending me death threats, emails with foul racial slurs and more death threats, assaulting me in public and harassing me, whilst trying to destroy my businesses at every turn, to further steal from my valuable preexisting Copyrighted Catalog, I decided to work on starting businesses in the Caribbean and Britain.

After all, the FBI interviewed me twice in 2005 regarding the phone hacking, wiretapping and criminal copyright infringement case and since that time, my allegations have been proven 100% true and correct for all to see, but the corrupt agency reneged on their promise to produce a standard investigative report on the matter, which my unimpeachable sources in the international community tell me is due to a $1,000,000 bribe FBI Director Robert S. Madonna and News Corp, in tandem with the FBI, who covered up their crimes in criminally stealing very valuable, preexisting items from my Copyrighted Catalog, as mentioned above, are illegally and feverishly working in criminal attempts at blocking the pharmaceutical drugs from coming out, to continue the illegal gravy train in criminally stealing my copyrights. They are iniquitously doing this at the expense of sick people I am trying to help via said forthcoming pharmaceutical drugs. Their conduct is vile and evil. They are an abomination and they deserve to burn in hell for what they are doing against terminally sick people all over the world, in support of stealing copyrights from a black immigrant, for undue financial gain.

How is this fair or right. Madonna and News Corp, who are both based in New York, have selfishly not changed one bit, giving no thought to anyone but themselves, in committing serious crimes in Britain. Rebekah Brooks has already been arrested (twice) and charged in the phone hacking scandal I broke along, yet Madonna and Murdoch continue with the crimes like nothing's happened or changed (News Corp's Executive Rebekah Brooks Arrested Again In The Phone Hacking Scandal). They are still flagrantly breaking the law and on an international basis. I came to London to peacefully do business, in a matter that has nothing to do with Madonna or News Corp, who I have been avoiding because they are criminals...and look what they have done.

There have been incidents of harassment by Kabbalah since I have been here and by three people affiliated with the cult, who are NOT BRITISH. I was working online in a library, using my laptop and one of Madonna's insane Kabbalah members sat at the table and started spouting off all this madness and crazy cult gibberish to me. I had a DVD-ROM disc I had burned private files on, sitting in my laptop's disc drive.

However, I had the drive open, as I was online and did not want the contents of the disc to show while I was on the internet, due to ongoing hacking by members of Madonna's cult Kabbalah. However, this cult member that sat at the desk, kept trying to push the disc in the drive, in spite of the fact I told him no. It was crazy.

In another incident days later at another library I went to in London, another of her cult members sat next to me again while I was working on the computer, but he had a second person with him and they spewing the cult's jargon and gibberish again, while having their eyes glued on my computer screen in trying to see what I was writing. They also kept staring at me in a menacing way, meant to intimidate and harass.

After I moved away from them, shortly after, one of the cult members was behaving so irrationally, a librarian asked him to leave and he argued with them for about 10 minutes. He left and came back two more times in an angry, aggressive mood that alarmed people in the library.

Why Does Congress Repeatedly Allow The FBI To Stonewall The Legislature

Why does the U.S. Congress constantly allow federal law enforcement agency, the FBI, to repeatedly stonewall the legislature during public hearings (see: The FBI Stonewalling Congress About Fort Hood). It's not a good look on the agency that they are chronically clandestine and refuse to provide answers to Congress, the press or the people. 

The racist FBI behave as though they are a law unto themselves. So many mainstream newspaper and blog reports have outed the FBI, regarding flagrantly breaking the law. Yet, each time nothing comes out of it and they go back and commit even more egregious crimes.

How is such criminal conduct being answerable to Congress or the people. That is a total sham. It wouldn't be so bad if the FBI's deeds weren't hurting so many innocent people, but they continually harm others and in a criminal fashion. Thanks to this terribly poor oversight, the FBI believes and operates as though it is above the law. The whole thing is a sham and is costing the U.S. taxpayers $8 billion dollars per year.

Is The FBI Right To Demand A Backdoor To Your Websites And Blogs

This time deceitful Mueller is demanding backdoor access to all websites on the internet, without the knowledge or consent of the owners. The problem with their latest demand is it will suffer the same problems past FBI spying has encountered - widespread abuses throughout the agency. Websites will be open to surreptitious editing, with item and article deletions that webmasters may not spot immediately, until they opt to refer to it at a later date and find it gone.

I'm speaking from experience, as a few articles I have written and published online at the Judiciary Report about the FBI, were hacked, the agency's logo repeatedly removed and items in the text altered, which becomes apparent when the version of the site that is published online, all of a sudden differs from original copy of the site backed up on hard disc (DVD-ROM). The FBI cannot be trusted with the privilege of having backdoors to people's sites and blogs, courtesy of hosting companies and software manufacturers they demand the right from. As history has shown, they will abuse it.

The FBI is no stranger to trouble in America, as they have been exposed and excoriated in the U.S. Congress and by watchdog groups and websites, such as the Judiciary Report, for illegally spying on Americans in numerous ways that violate the Constitution of the United States. 

The FBI has also been unlawfully operating in foreign nations in Europe, Mexico, South America and the Caribbean, without the consent of the host governments. They have engaged illegal wiretaps, GPS tracking, computer hacking, phone hacking, website hacking and surveillance, via shadowing foreign citizens in their own nations. This criminal misconduct far exceeds in every fashion, their congressional mandate. 

They are sending FBI agents into said foreign nations as tourists, to easily clear customs, with the intent of having them spy on select local citizens of the aforementioned nations and regions. This is unquestionably illegal and is worthy of censure.

The FBI Is Wrong To Promote J. Edgar Hoover After What He Did To Martin Luther King Jr.

The clandestine FBI continues its offensive promotion of the late J. Edgar Hoover, a man that terrorized Americans for decades, during his reign of terror as head of the FBI (Public Slams FBI's Planned J. Edgar Hoover Museum). It is because of Hoover, term limits were placed on FBI Directors, something one of his latter lawbreaking successors, Robert S. Mueller, has managed to flout, in violation of U.S. law. 

During his time as head of the FBI, Hoover turned a blind eye to the harassment and murder of blacks and other minorities. He corrupted many court cases with tainted evidence. He illegally amassed a  porn collection of very young stars, who were furious, as he used it to blackmail them.

Many people, including former FBI agents have revealed, Hoover ordered the assassination of civil rights legend, Martin Luther King Jr. Hoover terrorized, perversely spied on, arrested, threatened and slurred King with terrible racial epithets. Hoover even wrote King a nasty condemnatory letter, wrongly telling him to commit suicide, on the eve of the African-American hero accepting a Nobel prize. 

Deranged Hoover, so consumed with hatred, jealousy, racism and rage, was furious that a "nig*er" he despised for preaching the Gospel and the fact God sees blacks and whites as equal, was to receive this prestigious international award. In Hoover's estimation a "nig*er" was not worthy to possess such a great award. To this day, world history reviles Hoover as a terrible human being and an abomination, while King is remembered very fondly.

Yet this is the monster the FBI is inexplicably celebrating on their website this week. There is even a building named after Hoover, who had a hand in the brutal murder of the great Martin Luther King Jr. That should let you know how the FBI feels about race. They haven't changed one bit and I can and will testify to that firsthand.

King has served as a great inspiration to me for many years, because I subscribe to the doctrine that all men and women are created equal in the sight of God, regardless of color or country of origin. This is a lesson the FBI has yet to learn. The horrible racial hatred driving the FBI shall be the same force that causes it closure under a cloud of enormous shame and disgrace.

Culture Of Corruption Creeping In Among Federal Law Enforcement Agents Regarding Sex And Drugs

The high profile U.S. Secret Service prostitution scandal is wreaking havoc, as they are being singled out for criticism in the current prostitution and stripper scandals. However, they are not the only federal government outfit engaging in such behavior. Certain employees of the FBI are notorious for throwing sex parties. They also engage in promiscuity while at work, on the taxpayers' dime and property. Some even troll the internet for women to have sex with, which is dangerous.

I believe these problems are occurring due to the manner in which federal agents are trained. It's too rigid. They are trained to be emotionless fighters and killers, taught to suppress their feelings and any and all distress. Therefore, when the opportunity presents itself, some choose to cut loose in a manner that goes way too far, retaining prostitutes and strippers for sex (and sometimes threesomes and orgies).

Do remember, condoms have a failure rate and diseases do not discriminate or suspend themselves because you are away from home. Sex should occur in its proper context between married people, not with strippers, prostitutes and some of you, with porn stars, jeopardizing one's health. 

Then there's the issue of drug abuse. Some federal agents take cocaine, E or smoke weed (on and off the job). Others pop pills to hype themselves up for federal raids, which is very dangerous for the heart. Alcoholism is also a rampant problem among federal agents. Their job is too stressful and some hit the bottle to de-stress and inadvertently becoming alcoholics. Drinking a moderate amount for enjoyment is one thing. Drinking to excess, to the point one is drunk, is not a good thing.

 Last week, on April 25. 2012, the Judiciary Report published the article Report: The FBI Has Been Beating, Torturing And Threatening To Kill American Citizens If They Will Not Become Snitches (Informants). It had to do with the FBI harassing, beating and threatening the lives of naturalized American citizens into doing their bidding as informants and snitches.

Muslim-American citizen, Yonas Fikre, who moved to Portland, Oregon in America at a young age, was featured in the article. He has now left America, like many others, seeking refuge elsewhere, after unprovoked FBI abuse, harassment and death threats.

Fikre is one of many people of color being harassed and terrorized by the racist FBI with the goal of pushing them out of America, after having lived in the nation since childhood. I know that has been my experience (as they engaged in criminal misconduct and cover-ups on behalf of thieving, lazy, lawbreaking high profile criminals engaging in grand theft larceny, human rights abuses and corruption). 

What's amazing is the aloof, out of touch FBI thinks this is a good look in the nation and the world, when people are appalled and repulsed by what they have done. The FBI's conduct in support of racism is nothing short of barbaric and a domestic and global embarrassment to them. I hope you're proud of yourselves, because I know many Americans and people in the international community who aren't proud of what you've done, labeling it disgraceful. 

For decades, the racist FBI has exhibited a severe hatred towards minorities and immigrants, especially black people. The agency is routinely sued by black FBI agents and other minorities, for terrible acts of racism, discrimination and harassment (FBI Sued By Former Agent For Racism) and The FBI And Racism). 

There are former FBI agents and historians, who have publicly stated, the FBI under J. Edgar Hoover, ordered the assassination of civil rights hero, Martin Luther King Jr., for daring to preach black and whites are equal. The FBI has not changed since those times. 

The agency still has COINTELPRO campaigns running against innocent, outspoken people. They publicly claimed the corrupt, murderous COINTELPRO was abolished, but it wasn't. They just gave it a new name and hide documents in the secret file room, to thwart FOIA requests (Freedom of Information Act) in another exclusive the Judiciary Report broke first.

Sadly, the FBI has made America a very unsafe place for blacks and minorities on the whole. There is a deep seated hatred at the agency for minorities and many legal cases reveal this undeniable fact. Let's face it, the FBI hates black people. Always has. Always will.

Though the agency claims it has changed, I can testify firsthand it has not. It is same the hateful, malicious, lawbreaking agency it always was, but worse, with current FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller at the helm for the past decade. He is actually more evil and vile than J. Edgar Hoover, as the world will soon find out. He is a deeply perverted, greedy man, spying on people anyway he can, who have committed no crime.

He is a maniac Bush appointed to the detriment of America. This man actually ordered the wiretapping of over 27,000,000 calls in America and ran up such a bill in doing so, AT&T cut him off. He is insane to think there are that many criminals in America. But he likes the power and wants to know everyone's business.

What's almost as bad is Congress knows the horrible crimes the agency is committing in America and the world, but looks the other way to it. The American people deserve more than to be represented by such a heinous, corrupt law enforcement agency, headed up by an old pervert that likes spying on people in their homes.

New Book On The Fast And Furious Scandal Implicates Eric Holder And The FBI In A Cover Up That Killed U.S. Agents

The "Fast and Furious" gun trafficking scandal has battered U.S. Attorney General, Eric Holder of the Department of Justice (DOJ) and damaged President Obama at home and abroad. A new book entitled "Fast and Furious: Barack Obama’s Bloodiest Scandal and Its Shameless Cover-up" is shedding light on what happened.  

Holder illegally trafficked guns to the Mexican drug cartels to see what would happen and it ended up causing the violent deaths of hundreds of innocent Mexican civilians and two U.S. Border Patrol agents, who were simply doing their jobs. The FBI, a branch of the Department of Justice, is being accused of criminally hiding one of the weapons from the crime scene, in relation to the death of U.S. Borer Patrol agent, Brian Terry. This criminal conduct constitutes obstruction of justice.

Rather than do the decent and honorable thing, coming clean regarding his crimes, Holder chose to launch a massive cover up with the president's permission, dishonoring the dead. However, investigative journalists have been unraveling the cover up and bringing the truth to light for all to see. Holder's conduct violated U.S. and Mexican law and he should be prosecuted for this criminal conduct. No one should be above the law and as Attorney General he should have set an example, not disgrace his post in the terrible manner he has done.

As Attorney General, there are so many great legal initiatives one can under take, in defense of the poor, victimized and downtrodden. For Holder to have recklessly trafficked guns into Mexico, in conduct that would have resulted in lengthy prison terms if an American civilian had done the same, was to show great contempt and disrespect for the post of Attorney General. It betrays his mindset and the fact there is something very wrong with him to have done such a destructive and evil thing. His conduct must not go unpunished as people have died.

Report: The FBI Has Been Beating, Torturing And Threatening To Kill American Citizens If They Will Not Become Snitches (Informants)

The FBI has been sued for renditioning and torturing Muslim-American citizen, Yonas Fikre, who was beaten and placed on the no fly list. Fikre maintains the FBI threatened to kill him, in a plot the CIA is also accused of participating in. Fikre stated the criminal actions by the law enforcement agency came when he refused to be an FBI informant. He also stated they issued veiled threats regarding his family.

Fikre is one of many, who have accused and sued the FBI for such inhumane and illegal conduct. The FBI has engaged in a criminal pattern of human rights abuses and invasion of privacy against "natural born" and naturalized American citizens, which is unlawful and worthy of the highest prosecution.

The FBI is flagrantly violating the Geneva Conventions, the U.S. Code and Constitution, regarding not engaging in cruel and unusual punishment. The agency has become a rogue police force with no accountability, resembling the now defunct SS under Hitler. The FBI is kidnapping, torturing, threatening, harassing and stalking people accused of no crimes. Why has Congress allowed them to engage in this disgraceful conduct. Where is the oversight.

US citizen accuses FBI of torture and death threats

Thursday 19 April 2012 - US citizen Yonas Fikre claimed on Wednesday that he was detained in the United Arab Emirates last year and tortured by FBI agents. Mr Fikre, a Muslim who is currently seeking asylum in Sweden, told a press conference in Stockholm that he was beaten, threatened with death and kept in solitary confinement for over three months...

"It was very hard, because you don't know why you are in there and the only person you speak to is either yourself, or the wall, or when you go to the restroom or when you go to the torture place," said Mr Fikre, who was held for 106 days...

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is demanding that the US Justice Department investigate his treatment. The council alleges that over the past two years the FBI has been using aggressive tactics against Muslim US citizens travelling abroad to try to pressure them to become informants...

The FBI Violating The Home Life Of Innocent People For Political Gain

The FBI, under Director Robert S. Mueller, has been exhibiting increasingly invasive conduct that indicates they are out of control and breaking domestic and international law. When a law enforcement agency sees it fit to target innocent people for political reasons and financial gain, rather than matters related to the law, they have gone too far and those among them engaging in such conduct are eligible for imprisonment.

I will cite a few examples communicated to me by one of my credible sources responsible for some of my exclusives (all of which have been proven true). In one incident, the FBI flat out lied to a foreign government  for political gain at home, to receive their assistance in spying on an innocent person, whose work makes them eligible for a very prestigious international prize.

The FBI falsified documents, made false claims and lied to the government of the foreign country the innocent person moved to for a few months for work related reasons, stating the individual is a spy, when it is completely and utterly untrue. They did so to get the foreign government to place the innocent person under surveillance and report the details back to them, because a corrupt politician in Washington has been illegally spying on said individual's work for personal gain, which is illegal. As a result of the FBI's lies, a foreign government has defamatory and derogatory items in its files on an individual some believe will go on to win the Nobel Prize.

In another incident, the FBI illegally installed wiretaps in a foreign country on the phone lines of a man, whose offspring they have been watching, due to the person being influential. The individual has not committed any crime, but is well-connected and the FBI criminally seeks to benefit from the person's contacts for political reasons - not matters of national security or law enforcement. The FBI has also been going through the family's trash in the foreign nation, further overstepping their congressional mandate, which does not extend outside U.S. shores.

Another shameful incident involving the FBI, is their disgraceful conduct in stalking and invading the privacy of an Indian man in his community, violating existing rules between reservations and the U.S. government. They have him under surveillance for crimes he did not commit and perversely know what goes on in his very home, which is sick by anyone's standards.

Other unlawful political conduct the FBI has been engaging in includes, harassing innocent Americans and foreigners they seek to make pawns in their probes into others' lives, who are not guilty of crimes, threatening them and their family members with undesirable action. They have aggressively contacted family members and friends of scientists, journalists and business people, seeking their assistance in manipulating them into doing their bidding, which is harassment. Who is the FBI to be invading people's personal and home life in that manner. It betrays mental illness and derangement on Mueller's part. He is a sadistic, sick person.   

In another incident, they scared the father of an innocent target, viciously implying his offspring would be killed if he did not help them control and manipulate the person, to aide the FBI in a political matter that was of no importance to national security, but designed to benefit a corrupt politician they trade favors with.

This is but a small sampling of the illegal bull the FBI has been doing, wasting U.S. taxpayers money and causing trouble all over the place. That's millions of your tax dollars going up in smoke over foolishness. The agency is out of control and their conduct is going to result in a massive scandal that world history will never forget. Congress has failed to rein in the FBI's overreaching, illegal conduct.
