Federal Law Enforcement In America Should Not Be Helmed By The FBI

After the sweeping blow the FBI received from the New Zealand high court recently in the MegaUpload case, adding to the number of scandals the agency has experienced, it is clear the Federal Bureau of Investigation should not be helming law enforcement in America.

Local police throughout America and other federal agencies often defer to the FBI on law enforcement matters. However, the FBI has a snobby attitude, with management looking down on everyday cops. Often one finds that everyday police officers do a better job than the FBI, as they are not encumbered by the agency's political leanings or social agenda, when addressing crime.

In the FBI's unending quest for power, the agency has usurped so many civil liberties Americans once enjoyed, privacy ceases to exist in America. This is lamentable, as the Constitution is a great document, but it's too bad the FBI doesn't follow it (or the law for that matter).

It Has Finally Dawned On Hollywood They Are Costing Obama The Presidency

In a June 21, 2012 article, entertainment industry trade magazine, the Hollywood Reporter, published an article titled "Obama Celebrity Fundraiser Barrage Worries Some in Hollywood" expressing concern they are going to cost him the presidency.

The Hollywood Reporter stated, "Some of the president's most ardent entertainment industry supporters quietly tell The Hollywood Reporter that while they realize he needs to deploy all of his weapons to compete with deep-pocketed Republican super PACs, they fear the increasing reliance on stars and celebrity contests could backfire with swing voters and mobilize the right."

Hollywood copyright thief and troublemaker, Harvey Weinstein, constantly brags about visits to the White House and Obama emailing him all the time, which says so much about his presidency. Based on what Weinstein has publicly stated,  Obama is more interested in being a film producer than president, sending him ideas for movies from the White House.

After Hollywood's selfish, self-absorbed and corrupt conduct they got President Obama to rubberstamp and champion from the White House of all places, sending a terrible message to the nation and the world, now all of a sudden they are worried. Four months before the election it finally dawns on them the damage they have done, roping Obama into their thoroughly unethical agenda. They really are quite daft to just be picking up on this.

This election will not be determined by money, so Hollywood can knock itself out fundraising, as it will not matter. The outcome of the election will be determined by public discontent and disagreement with Obama's Hollywood styled presidency, lack of ethics and a thoroughly broken economy his rock star agenda failed to fix. Unless he can remedy all of that in four months, he will lose the election by a landslide.

Hollywood is a hateful, violent, vengeful, spiteful den of thieves, financial fraudsters, liars and human rights abusers. They spend their time calculating ways to rob and injure innocent people. Hollywood is full of Jesus hating, Bible bashing, Christianity despising sexual deviants that love to attack and harm Christians every chance they get. I have never seen such a terrible, vicious concentration of hatred and evil in all my life, as the strain I witnessed coming from Hollywood. They are truly depraved, deranged and sick.

Hollywood is a lawless town of thieving underachievers that will stop at nothing to be rich off other people's backs and hard work, even if it means they have to resort to attempted murder and cruel human rights abuses. Hollywood is being run by a group of severely mentally ill people, who believe they are the illuminati and have committed unspeakably wicked acts as a result. The rest of America and the world need to beware of them and the sheer evil they are capable of and avoid them like the plague for their own safety and well being.

Lockerbie bomber, Abdelbaset Ali Mohmed Al Megrahi, has died from cancer, after a long battle with the disease. Three years ago the Judiciary Report contended he was not on death's door as thought by officials and could have received treatment in prison.  

On August 20, 2009, the Judiciary Report wrote:

"He is suffering from cancer and reportedly has three months to live. Britain is known for its compassion in such issues and as such, Scotland released him after serving 8 years in prison, to go home to die....

Compassion is a great trait. However, Abdelbaset Ali Mohmed Al Megrahi, is a convicted mass murderer, who could have received medical care in prison, while paying his debt to society. Releasing him has rubbed salt in the wounds of his victims' families and friends, who didn't get to tell their loved ones goodbye, a courtesy he has been afforded." (click here)

I commend the Scottish government for its compassion in showing mercy to the merciless, but some of the victim's families understandably opposed the Lockerbie bomber's release, due to the unconscionable things he did to their loved ones. Ultimately, God will judge the Lockerbie bomber for what he has done.

Why Does Congress Repeatedly Allow The FBI To Stonewall The Legislature

Why does the U.S. Congress constantly allow federal law enforcement agency, the FBI, to repeatedly stonewall the legislature during public hearings (see: The FBI Stonewalling Congress About Fort Hood). It's not a good look on the agency that they are chronically clandestine and refuse to provide answers to Congress, the press or the people. 

The racist FBI behave as though they are a law unto themselves. So many mainstream newspaper and blog reports have outed the FBI, regarding flagrantly breaking the law. Yet, each time nothing comes out of it and they go back and commit even more egregious crimes.

How is such criminal conduct being answerable to Congress or the people. That is a total sham. It wouldn't be so bad if the FBI's deeds weren't hurting so many innocent people, but they continually harm others and in a criminal fashion. Thanks to this terribly poor oversight, the FBI believes and operates as though it is above the law. The whole thing is a sham and is costing the U.S. taxpayers $8 billion dollars per year.

United Nations Says America Should Return Some Stolen Land To The Indians

The Guardian newspaper has published a piece titled "US should return stolen land to Indian tribes, says United Nations." It deals with native Indians in America, being robbed of their land and facing terrible "racial discrimination" and financial hardships. According to the report, Congress is ignoring the plight of the native American Indians. 

Contrary to what many think, all native Indian tribes are not swimming in tax free money and living the high life. Many are poor and disenfranchised. As the original Americans, more needs to be done to help them. Their ancestors were robbed of their land and murdered. Restitution needs to be made in some financial form for these injustices.

US should return stolen land to Indian tribes, says United Nations 

Friday 4 May 2012 23.46 BST - UN's correspondent on indigenous peoples urges government to act to combat 'racial discrimination' felt by Native Americans. A United Nations investigator probing discrimination against Native Americans has called on the US government to return some of the land stolen from Indian tribes as a step toward combatting continuing and systemic racial discrimination.

James Anaya, the UN special rapporteur on the rights of indigenous peoples, said no member of the US Congress would meet him as he investigated the part played by the government in the considerable difficulties faced by Indian tribes.

Anaya said that in nearly two weeks of visiting Indian reservations, indigenous communities in Alaska and Hawaii, and Native Americans now living in cities, he encountered people who suffered a history of dispossession of their lands and resources, the breakdown of their societies and "numerous instances of outright brutality, all grounded on racial discrimination"...

 Last week, on April 25. 2012, the Judiciary Report published the article Report: The FBI Has Been Beating, Torturing And Threatening To Kill American Citizens If They Will Not Become Snitches (Informants). It had to do with the FBI harassing, beating and threatening the lives of naturalized American citizens into doing their bidding as informants and snitches.

Muslim-American citizen, Yonas Fikre, who moved to Portland, Oregon in America at a young age, was featured in the article. He has now left America, like many others, seeking refuge elsewhere, after unprovoked FBI abuse, harassment and death threats.

Fikre is one of many people of color being harassed and terrorized by the racist FBI with the goal of pushing them out of America, after having lived in the nation since childhood. I know that has been my experience (as they engaged in criminal misconduct and cover-ups on behalf of thieving, lazy, lawbreaking high profile criminals engaging in grand theft larceny, human rights abuses and corruption). 

What's amazing is the aloof, out of touch FBI thinks this is a good look in the nation and the world, when people are appalled and repulsed by what they have done. The FBI's conduct in support of racism is nothing short of barbaric and a domestic and global embarrassment to them. I hope you're proud of yourselves, because I know many Americans and people in the international community who aren't proud of what you've done, labeling it disgraceful. 

For decades, the racist FBI has exhibited a severe hatred towards minorities and immigrants, especially black people. The agency is routinely sued by black FBI agents and other minorities, for terrible acts of racism, discrimination and harassment (FBI Sued By Former Agent For Racism) and The FBI And Racism). 

There are former FBI agents and historians, who have publicly stated, the FBI under J. Edgar Hoover, ordered the assassination of civil rights hero, Martin Luther King Jr., for daring to preach black and whites are equal. The FBI has not changed since those times. 

The agency still has COINTELPRO campaigns running against innocent, outspoken people. They publicly claimed the corrupt, murderous COINTELPRO was abolished, but it wasn't. They just gave it a new name and hide documents in the secret file room, to thwart FOIA requests (Freedom of Information Act) in another exclusive the Judiciary Report broke first.

Sadly, the FBI has made America a very unsafe place for blacks and minorities on the whole. There is a deep seated hatred at the agency for minorities and many legal cases reveal this undeniable fact. Let's face it, the FBI hates black people. Always has. Always will.

Though the agency claims it has changed, I can testify firsthand it has not. It is same the hateful, malicious, lawbreaking agency it always was, but worse, with current FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller at the helm for the past decade. He is actually more evil and vile than J. Edgar Hoover, as the world will soon find out. He is a deeply perverted, greedy man, spying on people anyway he can, who have committed no crime.

He is a maniac Bush appointed to the detriment of America. This man actually ordered the wiretapping of over 27,000,000 calls in America and ran up such a bill in doing so, AT&T cut him off. He is insane to think there are that many criminals in America. But he likes the power and wants to know everyone's business.

What's almost as bad is Congress knows the horrible crimes the agency is committing in America and the world, but looks the other way to it. The American people deserve more than to be represented by such a heinous, corrupt law enforcement agency, headed up by an old pervert that likes spying on people in their homes.

Tyrant Charles Taylor Found Guilty Of Heinous Human Rights Abuses And War Crimes

Former Sierra Leone head of state, Charles Taylor, has been found guilty of war crimes in the Hague. Many were butchered and killed under his regime, as a means of controlling the masses. An example of the brutality that existed under Taylor includes, a civilian being killed and disemboweled, with his intestines stretched across the street, used as a security checkpoint. These displays of violence were to serve as warnings to innocent citizens that dare do other than what Taylor demanded of them.

Taylor seemed surprised at the guilty verdict and let out a small sigh of disappointment. His trial featured testimony from high profile people, such as supermodel Naomi Campbell. Taylor mysteriously gifted Campbell with what is known as "blood diamonds" during a visit to the African nation. The jewels were delivered to her hotel room by a man working for Taylor, who handed the valuable gems to her in unadorned cloth.

Taylor was also accused of looting and squandering his nation's natural resources and wealth. He is expected to be incarcerated in Britain for the aforementioned crimes against humanity. It is regrettable that Taylor's time in office turned into a bloody reign. Human rights abuses cannot be tolerated anywhere in this world. We may all have different borders, but at the end of the day, we are all members of the human race and deserve to live peaceful lives, free of violence and tyranny.  

Report: The FBI Has Been Beating, Torturing And Threatening To Kill American Citizens If They Will Not Become Snitches (Informants)

The FBI has been sued for renditioning and torturing Muslim-American citizen, Yonas Fikre, who was beaten and placed on the no fly list. Fikre maintains the FBI threatened to kill him, in a plot the CIA is also accused of participating in. Fikre stated the criminal actions by the law enforcement agency came when he refused to be an FBI informant. He also stated they issued veiled threats regarding his family.

Fikre is one of many, who have accused and sued the FBI for such inhumane and illegal conduct. The FBI has engaged in a criminal pattern of human rights abuses and invasion of privacy against "natural born" and naturalized American citizens, which is unlawful and worthy of the highest prosecution.

The FBI is flagrantly violating the Geneva Conventions, the U.S. Code and Constitution, regarding not engaging in cruel and unusual punishment. The agency has become a rogue police force with no accountability, resembling the now defunct SS under Hitler. The FBI is kidnapping, torturing, threatening, harassing and stalking people accused of no crimes. Why has Congress allowed them to engage in this disgraceful conduct. Where is the oversight.

US citizen accuses FBI of torture and death threats

Thursday 19 April 2012 - US citizen Yonas Fikre claimed on Wednesday that he was detained in the United Arab Emirates last year and tortured by FBI agents. Mr Fikre, a Muslim who is currently seeking asylum in Sweden, told a press conference in Stockholm that he was beaten, threatened with death and kept in solitary confinement for over three months...

"It was very hard, because you don't know why you are in there and the only person you speak to is either yourself, or the wall, or when you go to the restroom or when you go to the torture place," said Mr Fikre, who was held for 106 days...

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is demanding that the US Justice Department investigate his treatment. The council alleges that over the past two years the FBI has been using aggressive tactics against Muslim US citizens travelling abroad to try to pressure them to become informants...

MDNA Madonna's Dumb New Album That Is Being Boycotted Flops In A Fiasco That Is The Worst Of Her Career

Forbes magazine wrote, Madonna's MDNA album has flopped in Britain, selling a weak 57,000 copies in its debut week, which is a paltry amount for a major label artist. The average number one in Britain sells two to three times as many albums in its debut week. However, the standard trick the label used was to pick a release week with no real competition from other artists, who would actually sell well, giving her an easy, albeit low selling number one album.

With the massive exposure thieving Madonna had in the lead up to MDNA's release, due to whoring herself out at the opening of every envelope, she should have sold far more albums. Madonna also bribed over two dozen journalists for flattering pieces her secretary co-wrote that were published in newspapers.

She also bribed certain bloggers for favorable posts, sending them what to write, in support of her failing career and rip off album. She also has known hackers spamming feedback comment sections with glowing reviews of her album, re-posted on website, after website.

Madonna continues to be her own worst enemy. In all this paid for promotion, there's one problem - you can't sell the public what they don't want to buy and people are genuinely disgusted by her, due to her terrible deeds. The Judiciary Report has slammed her online, in articles read by millions of people, killing her sales.

Judging from some of their crazy, threatening, racist emails to me, as well as death threats issued to me in public after being stalked, Madonna and her deranged cult Kabbalah, believe they are the only ones that read my websites, with no one knowing about the public sites but them, when based on website stats, millions of people read my websites each month.

Only a fool, Madonna, would think a group of websites read by millions of people per month that truthfully exposes her criminal conduct and that of her equally demented cult, Kabbalah, would have no impact. People don't like to know that greedy celebrities are stealing from, harassing, slurring and threatening others. I've received emails from the public slamming Madonna and Kabbalah's horrible conduct towards me, labeling her and those involved in the cult, everything from greedy to crazy.

Now people don't want to hear Madonna and don't want to see her either, as her tour dates are not selling well. A tour stop in Britain has already been cancelled, due to terrible sales. There are an abundance of tickets available for her tour, because people don't want them. The first two singles from MDNA have already flopped, now the album has as well, scoring the worst sales of her career.

However, Madonna deserves it, as she is a truly evil human being, who has robbed and hatefully harassed me and my family, causing us significant distress and undue hardships with her thievery and madness. This woman has literally tried to destroy me for simply existing and pursuing a career in entertainment with my copyrights I began authoring as a girl, which mean so much to me, as I love to write.

Madonna is nothing but a common thief and thug, employing hackers and private investigators to rob, stalk and bully innocent people going about their daily lives. It's due to her crimes that I blew the whistle in what turned into the phone hacking scandal, as she does not know when to quit and her conduct became so vicious, obsessive, overbearing and insane. Nobody wants such invasiveness and perversion forcing its way into their life and the misconduct coming from Madonna and that cult still has not stopped. They're sick and crazy. Anyone with that kind of penchant for robbing and abusing others should not be free. The evidence clearly shows they pose a threat to my life.

On numerous occasions, professionals that know the entertainment industry well, have privately formed me of the extremes she has gone to in order to get me blacklisted at Billboard, recording studios, instrument manufacturers, advertising agencies, newspapers and entertainment law firms.

However, what goes around comes around, as the public reading of her criminal conduct on my sites, have blacklisted her from their wallets, refusing to buy her products. Her career is dead. You reap what you sow. That madwoman Madonna even bribed sitting federal judges with corporate stocks and other incentives to get away with these crimes in court. None of this paints a pretty picture.
