New Zealand Court Rules Against The FBI In The MegaUpload Piracy And Copyright Infringement Case

This is a follow up to the June 8. 2012 article FBI Accused Of Breaking International Law In Taking Evidence In Megaupload Piracy And Copyright Infringement Case, where the Judiciary Report stated the Federal Bureau Of Investigation acted illegally in the matter. The courts in New Zealand agree with the Judiciary Report and ruled that the FBI's conduct in the case and their country during the raid on the home of MegaUpload's founder KimDotCom was illegal. 

Once again, Hollywood has brought the FBI international and domestic disgrace. FBI arrogantly ran roughshod over the New Zealand government, much like they did in India, Jamaica and Britain to very negative results. When is the FBI going to learn to respect other people's borders and nations. At the FBI there is a an absolute hatred and contempt for all things foreign. No one respects the Department of Justice or FBI anymore as a result of this abusive, hateful behavior.

President Obama needs to wake up and realize the things transpiring in his administration are doing America a great disservice in the world. You’ve got a gun trafficker at the Department of Justice (Eric Holder) that has caused the deaths of hundreds of people on two sides of the border (America and Mexico). You've also got a hateful NEO Nazi running the FBI (Robert S. Mueller) who openly hates and discriminates against Muslims and blacks, as attested by many lawsuits filed against this many in unrelated cases.

Under the two aforementioned men, you have vile U.S. attorneys making nasty, racist, hateful statements in court documents spitting on the Civil Rights Act, stating it "did not give black people equal rights in America" - therefore criminals can do as they please to blacks as, "It would not have mattered anyway."

What kind of show are you running Obama. You clearly do not have your political house under control, because you would be out of your mind to condone and agree with this criminal and cruel behavior emanating from your cabinet and appointees. The worst part is the Department of Justice and its agency the FBI are supposed to be federal law enforcement and they are breaking the law more than anyone.
Do you really think this madness makes the government look good. People all over the nation and in the world are wondering what is going on at the DOJ and FBI that such brazenly bad conduct is transpiring and for all to see. No one is impressed. People are alarmed and aghast.

You are the President of the United States of America. You are supposed to have that under control, but you clearly don’t. That does not inspire confidence. Neither does covering up for criminals such as Holder and Mueller, with people around the world stating they are breaking the law.

And make no mistake, when you illegally traffic guns into another nation and cause the deaths of several hundred people in doing so, you are a massive criminal. When you illegally wiretap millions of Americans, spy on people through their phones and  in their homes via computers and webcams and torture and threat to kill US citizens that do not do your illegal bidding, you are a massive criminal. You need to get a hold of yourselves.

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller is never one for following international law or respecting other nation's sovereignty. Time and time again he is rebuffed in the international community for breaking the law in other nations. Well, he has done it again. 

Attorneys for New Zealand based, Kim Dotcom, the man behind the website Megaupload, have filed legal papers in court, stating the FBI broke international law, by copying and taking files from his computers out of the country and into the United States, when the case is not in American jurisdiction.

New Zealand authorities arrested Kim Dotcom, on the request of the FBI, as his website Megaupload, has been accused of copyright infringement and piracy. Megaupload was subsequently taken offline by the police. The FBI acted illegally in copying the files and taking them back to the agency in America. The FBI's conduct constitutes hacking and data theft, both felonies under the law.

The Judiciary Report does not agree with hacking, copyright infringement, piracy or data theft. Megaupload engaged in many violations of domestic and international copyrights, via the unauthorized hosting of copyrighted films, television shows, music and software, in their entirety, in acts that are not protected under the Fair Use section of the Copyright Act (US law) or any portion of the Berne Treaty (international law).  

It should also be noted, if the FBI is going to claim they are a law enforcement agency, they need to stop hypocritically breaking the law at every turn, engaging in copyright infringement, criminal copyright infringement, data theft and hacking. No one respects that from anyone. Just because the FBI is a so-called law enforcement agency, does not make its employees above the law. 

It's amazing that when people like Rupert Murdoch at News Corp and Madonna in Kabbalah criminally steal copyrighted works, the FBI director covers for them, due to bribery. But when an everyday person does it the agency tries to destroy them for it. Once again, hypocrites and no one respects that.

There is also a matter pointed out by the RT website, regarding the FBI seizing the Megaupload website/domain, without filing charges against the company or serving its owners (due process and process service). This is another black mark on the FBI and its parent agency, the Department of Justice.  

Note to Kim Dotcom: if you wanted to get out of the charges, you should have bribed Mueller, as my unimpeachable sources state the going rate is $1,000,000.

So many titles from his new album have the names of songs from the 1980s and 1990s, making the Judiciary Report wonder if the copying has gone much deeper than the Timberlake incident (Bieber's "Die In Your Arms" similar to the 1980s's title "Died In Your Arms" and his "Just As Long As You Love Me" is the same title as that of the Backstreet Boys 1990 song).

If Bieber is not careful and these forthcoming songs are actually similar to other people's works, as in the Timberlake infringement, he could end up getting sued. Mentor and singer, Usher, hasn't helped him in this regard.

Many websites and music lovers have been stating, Justin Bieber's new "Girlfriend" song and video, rip off the earlier work of singer Justin Timberlake and his former boyband, NSYNC, released 10-years prior. Timberlake had it out for Bieber long before the copying surfaced and I am told is secretly seething at what has transpired with the teen star's new project. However, due to entertainment industry politics, will Timberlake bite his tongue or try to bite Bieber's head off.

Bieber has effectively replaced Timberlake on the pop scene, as the new prince of pop and is now using his music and videos to finish him off. I don't know about you, but if Timberlake and Bieber fight, for once the Judiciary Report will not be taking the high road and will publish any videos or photos emanating from the beatdown (just teasing).

Many websites are comparing Justine Bieber's new music video "Boyfriend" to NSYNC's video from 10-years ago "Girlfriend." Even the titles and the sound of the songs are similar. For his transition into adulthood in the music industry, Bieber is being patterned after Justin Timberlake, who previously dissed him on the television show "Saturday Night Live." It was ironic, as Timberlake tried to sign Bieber to a record deal, but Usher beat him to the punch.

Bieber recently stated he has not seen the NYSNC video for "Girlfriend" but lightning is going to strike the little booger for lying. Even I saw a clip of it years ago and I'm not a Timberlake fan (though I did think NSYNC's music was better than his unoriginal solo material). This is not the best way for Bieber to start off his sophomore album, as critics will be brutal over the copying. Trying to make Justin Bieber the new Justin Timberlake is a bad idea for his credibility, as critics look for originality.

When you have successful black businessmen like Bob Johnson, Michael Jordan and Magic Johnson, making massive deals worth hundreds of millions of dollars, while carrying themselves with dignity, no one can cast aspersions on their business acumen. However, when you have an ignoramus like Jay-Z, real name Shawn Carter, in the next corner, acting foolish, stealing from everybody including business partners that did all the work (see lawsuits) and speaking like a tool, criticism is bound to occur.

Many do not respect or view Jay-Z as a businessman (I certainly do not, as I have seen his rampant thievery in action). He's bragged of being a drug dealer, engaged in acts of violence against members of the public (before and after becoming famous), used illegal payola to get his profane music on the radio, then proceeded to rattle off the most foul, demonic, ungodly, sexist, misogynistic poison by a black rapper.

For example, Jay-Z, has released such sick songs as "Lucifer" which is another name for Satan and "Pu*sy" which is another name for, well, you know. He is also a woman beater (but he's going to try that mess with the wrong woman one day and end up in the hospital). Putting such such negative music and images out there and behaving like a cretin is not respectable.

The Judiciary Report does not believe Jay-Z is fit for the 1% ownership he currently holds in the Brooklyn Nets. However, with the way he is arrogantly acting, you'd think he owned 100% of the team.

Sony is losing money at a drastic rate, having hemorrhaged several billion dollars, coming in dead last behind competitors such as Apple and Samsung. The company was battered by hackers who stole everything that wasn't nailed down.

The company has also been hit by many copyright infringement, patent infringement and trademark infringement lawsuit, for the blatant and criminal theft of other people's intellectual property. As a result of all the disfavor and financial deterioration, Sony will be laying off 10,000 people.

If they would focus on actually trying to come up with something original, rather than stealing everything under the sun, companies such as Apple, Samsung and Nintendo would not be trouncing them in the marketplace.

Sky News Finally Admits The Judiciary Report's Claims Of Criminal Invasion Of Privacy In The Phone Hacking Scandal

[Article background: this is another in the series of phone hacking articles the Judiciary Report has published, regarding a scandal I broke first in October 2005, via a police complaint I filed with the Metropolitan Police in London, England. 30 people have been arrested by the Metropolitan Police since the time I filed the complaint. However, the Murdochs and other key conspirators remain free and the FBI has not arrested anyone, though the crimes began and continue in News Corp's New York headquarters].

Last year the Judiciary Report broke the news that Rupert Murdoch's Fox News in America and Sky in Britain, apart of News Corp, have engaged in criminal invasion of privacy, such as hacking and phone hacking for information, among other things. This past Thursday, April 5, 2012, Sky admitted to criminally hacking emails. That's not all they've done under the Murdoch's instructions...

Sky stated it was in "public interest" to do so, which is untrue. It is not the job of any company to break domestic and international law. Any newspaper or television outlet that does so, has discredited itself. How can the public trust what any such entity publishes or says, when they refuse to follow the law. It's time for News Corp to come clean regarding its widespread criminal invasion of privacy, insider trading, bank fraud, stalking via private eyes and harassment tactics. It's only a matter of time before the evidence hits the public domain exposing said criminal activity to the world.

Murdoch's grip on the media is very disturbing and not in "public interest." It's dangerous that a man and his lawless company can dictate the news the public receives, hiding key stories they do not want the world to know, while promoting their agenda in said publications and on air. News Corp can bury any story it wants or promote any foolishness it sees fit. That's the control and censorship of information, which is sinister and completely undemocratic.

When I began breaking stories on News Corp's terrible conduct, as their insidious invasion of privacy campaign into my life had so offended me (still does) and severely disrupted my life and work, Kabbalah members Madonna and Rupert Murdoch, defamed me via the Fox News website in a sponsored piece by Roger Friedman. They engaged in what is known as "willful malice" in an attempt at destroying my name, trying to paint me as a crazy person making up stories on them, yet the things I have alleged have been proven true.

I have never been crazy, not even for one minute of my life. But in the other corner, you have a crazy, greedy pop star, Madonna, running a sick cult abusing people and robbing starving Africans - and a company, News Corp, backing their crimes for financial benefit (stolen copyrights). They've not stopped the stealing either. I have an unreleased, preexisting copyrighted comedy that is years old, about a neighborhood watch and Murdoch's 20th Century Fox/News Corp ripped it off, receiving an illegally made copy of it via hacking from Madonna's Kabbalah cult. They were about to release it, then the Trayvon Martin case happened and they decided to pull the ads for it.

I've done my best to live an honest and decent life as a Christian all these years, working on forthcoming pharmaceutical patents regarding AIDS and cancer sufferers, in addition to apparatus to aid the blind and these greedy, thieving parasites, who've never done an honest days work in their lives, tried to destroy me, acting under pure hatred and resentment, that a black woman dared to have her own full service music, film and literary company. They'd read of my Copyrighted Catalog containing music, film scripts, videos, video treatments and book manuscripts I authored over the course of 20-years and conspired to steal it.

I wasn't raised around such hatred and malice. I was always taught that you work hard and do your best, not you do your best to steal from those that work hard. The latter is clearly the Murdochs and Madonna's motto in life. During the course of this case I have been wiretapped, hacked, phone hacked, burglarized, stalked, assaulted, slurred via use of the n-word on different occasions, repeatedly threatened with death, violence and disfigurement, by a group of people who are so far out of control, they cease to think the law applies to them.

I want you to think about that and try to comprehend the kind of evil and villainy that does such things. Try to grasp that level of corruption and realize these are the people feeding you news and entertainment on a daily basis. You cannot trust what they are telling you. They are criminals.

Madonna's butt was scraping the floor on stage at the Ultra Music Festival, two famous DJ slammed her over, due to stupid pro-drugs statements she made (senility maybe).

It's a sad day for Madonna...the pop icon took to the stage at a Miami music festival on Saturday in a rather age-inappropriate pair of hotpants paired with fish net tights — but unfortunately the outfit didn't quite contain her assets. Madge's butt hung out of her spandex shorties in a rather, er, saggy fashion...her backside wasn’t the only low point of the night — Madonna was also slammed by Canadian electro artist Deadmau5 after she made an onstage reference to "Molly" — slang for ecstasy — during her performance. "Very classy there Madonna … such a great message for the young music lovers," he wrote on his Facebook page. "F--- off you f---ing idiot. F---."

A Slate headline stated, "This Used To Be My Playground. Is Madonna too old to make Madonna-music?" It's embarrassing for her, but Madonna is making a massive fool of herself trying to look, act and pretend she is 21. It is undignified and delusional. Then again, artists who have talent don't have to do such things, as no matter they age, they can go on stage and sign, without the gimmicks and shenanigans.

In response to claims on Newser that Madonna has spent $87,000 buying three facial machines, commenter wjamny stated, "It hasn't helped... she's three machines away from becoming the crypt keeper" (Madonna Has Spent $86K on Her Face).

The blog Celebrity Dirty Laundry ripped Madonna the most in a cutting post about her entire career and current failed efforts:

53-year old, Madonna was all set for her ‘comeback’ this year with a new album and the chance to launch her debut single, “Give Me All Your Luvin” in front of 114 million viewers at the Super Bowl, how could she possibly fail? Well, she did exactly that, FAIL!

In mid-February, Madonna’s first single couldn’t even make it to the top ten of the UK charts, which many people thought was a sign that the album was doomed to fail since that was the first time the lead track from one of her albums did not go into the top ten UK charts since 1982

Madonna’s second single, “Girl Gone Wild” is now a HUGE flop in the USA and Canada, worst than the first single. Furthermore, one concert has already been cancelled because not enough tickets were sold.

I wasn’t surprised back in February when Madonna’s first song flopped in the UK and I am certainly not surprised now. Madonna is 53 years old and all she tries to do is copy young artists which ends up making her look really lame. Her new work is immature and disappointing and not what fans expect from the “world’s top-selling female recording artist of all time.”

I always found Madonna overrated, even in the 80′s. She really can’t sing and always did things on stage to shock people and cause controversy. Her recent ‘FLOP’ tells me that people are finally seeing her for what she is, an outrageous stage show with mediocre singing. Time to retire Madge!
