Reports indicate so-called singer and thief Madonna has started her new tour in support of her failed CD "MDNA." With many tickets left unsold and swathes of seats given away for free, Madonna hit the stage looking ridiculous.

She was dressed as a cheerleader and at 54-years of age that looks absurd and desperate. Have you ever seen anyone so desperate at unsuccessfully trying to look young and relive their youth. It's one thing to stroll down memory lane, but perpetually trying to pretend one is 18, when one is 54, looks unbalanced and crazy.

You can tell she is one of those crazy stars that is determine to do any madness that springs to their mind, no matter how foolish it makes them look to people.

She puts such negativity out there, then is surprised when it comes back to her in a bad way. Not to mention, she is reinforcing the view that she is a terrible parent, placing her preteen child in the midst of such debauchery and filth. Rumors in the industry are her son is gay.

Facebook is turning into faceflop on the stock market in New York, as shares of the social networking site plummeted yesterday. On Friday, May 18, 2012, the stock was being propped up by traders intervening via artificial methods to stop it from going under on Wall Street, which was not enough to counter low numbers regarding its IPO. 

It was billed as the biggest IPO in American history, but failed to live up to those expectations upon its debut. Bad buzz online isn't helping matters either. Yesterday's poor performance of the stock cemented said view, with many people describing it as "disappointing."

Rihanna, a member of Madonna's Kabbalah cult, knowingly participated in many incidents of criminal copyright infringement and invasion of privacy, via commissioned hacking and phone hacking, then proceeded to use protected, preexisting copyrights that do not belong to her or them. 

This is a follow up to the April 13, 2012 Judiciary Report article Rihanna And Madonna's Kabbalah Committed Copyright Infringement In Stealing The Film Battleship. A little over a month ago, the Judiciary Report called for a boycott of the rip-off film "Battleship" starring faux singer and definitely-not-an-actress, Rihanna. 

The film was released this past weekend and according to Reuters bombed in a major way. Thank you to all that participated in the boycott. "Battleship" cost $209,000,000 to make and $100,000,000 to market and studios get less than half the profits from theater ticket sales. This past weekend, "Battleship" debuted with a low $24.5 million dollars in ticket sales in North America. In short, the studio is losing money for its thievery.

The studio that released the rip off bought the rights to use the board game "Battleship" in a film, but they criminally stole my preexisting copyrighted material and story lines to make the movie, which is a federal offense, felony and violation of international law. 

Even Reuters referred to it as "Battleship," loosely based on the Hasbro board game" meaning the storyline and script content is not theirs. You can't criminally take someone else's works and use it without permission. It shows the kind of arrogance going on in Hollywood, where they deem others have no rights and other people's property is theirs for the taking. How disgraceful. What a horrible example of a business sector. But this isn't over and each of you will be held accountable for your criminal conduct.

"Battleship" bomb may hit studio's profits: analysts

 

20 May 2012 - Sun May 20, 2012 3:16pm EDT - (Reuters) - "Battleship," Universal Picture's big budget science fiction film, is likely to dent the studio's profits after it opened with lower than forecast ticket sales, according to analysts. 

The film, which Comcast unit Universal has said cost $209 million to produce, generated $23.4 million in ticket sales at theaters in the U.S. and Canada during its opening weekend, according to figures compiled by Hollywood.com.... 

The studio is estimated to have spent more than $100 million to market the film, standard for large budget films... during the coming weekend, "Battleship," loosely based on the Hasbro board game...

Freed Lockerbie Bomber Lived For 3 Additional Years After Being Diagnosed As On Death's Door From Cancer

Lockerbie bomber, Abdelbaset Ali Mohmed Al Megrahi, has died from cancer, after a long battle with the disease. Three years ago the Judiciary Report contended he was not on death's door as thought by officials and could have received treatment in prison.  

On August 20, 2009, the Judiciary Report wrote:

"He is suffering from cancer and reportedly has three months to live. Britain is known for its compassion in such issues and as such, Scotland released him after serving 8 years in prison, to go home to die....

Compassion is a great trait. However, Abdelbaset Ali Mohmed Al Megrahi, is a convicted mass murderer, who could have received medical care in prison, while paying his debt to society. Releasing him has rubbed salt in the wounds of his victims' families and friends, who didn't get to tell their loved ones goodbye, a courtesy he has been afforded." (click here)

I commend the Scottish government for its compassion in showing mercy to the merciless, but some of the victim's families understandably opposed the Lockerbie bomber's release, due to the unconscionable things he did to their loved ones. Ultimately, God will judge the Lockerbie bomber for what he has done.

Rihanna has really messed up. After the domestic violence incident with lover Chris Brown in 2009, one would think she would have come out ahead. However, having hit him first, which does not excuse his appalling conduct, then engaging in one public misstep after another, Rihanna has fallen out of favor with the public in a major way. Her record sales have plummeted and the public has turned on her.

Snorting cocaine off her bodyguard's head at the Coachella Music Festival weeks ago, didn't help things either. Brown has been outselling Rihanna since the melee that ended their public relationship, causing them to sneak around to engage in sexual intercourse. His sales are not big, but still better than her numbers.

Owning a television network has become a vanity project for many in the entertainment industry, where one hears that someone else seeks to launch one, then the rest all copy with no real sense of what it takes to have a hit channel, containing great programming people want to see. It's not that simple.

So is the case with Oprah Winfrey, who has gone from 12,000,000 viewers on prime time, to 308,000 tuning in to see her on her channel the OWN network. It has devastated Winfrey and financial partner the Discovery network, who has dumped $600,000,000 into OWN only to see it fail.

A reported 400,000 people, who've allegedly bought tickets to Madonna's forthcoming tour, whose opening has been pushed back due to problems, have not claimed/redeemed their free CD "MDNA" which flopped on the charts. But how can they claim/redeem something they have not bought, as Live Nation offloaded many Madonna concert tickets to ticket brokers on consignment and fraudulently counted them as sales.

Are these ticket brokers to claim all those CDs. Where will they house them - in an empty warehouse somewhere, so that an egotistical, evil singer that can't deal with failure, can save face. When one has to go through all that trouble to pretend to be successful, it's time to call it a day, because you are grossly embarrassing yourself. She deserves the embarrassment for robbing starving Africans and other black people she exploits via copyright theft.

Miley Cyrus and Demi Moore's new, strange looking film "LOL" is in trouble before it even hit the theatres (LOL = Laughing Out Loud). "LOL" indeed as the joke is on them. Reports indicate the movie was shelved, but is being given a limited release after discussions (see: temper tantrums, threats). This will come as another blow to Moore, who is struggling under a bitter and acrimonious divorce from actor Ashton Kutcher.'

Miley Cyrus has gotten involved Demi Moore and Madonna's Kabbalah and recently denied Jesus, which turned off many people (and her sales).

Due to a bad image and negative press online, all of Moore's films have been bombing, making her a box office risk, which contributed to poisoning this picture. For the studio to pull out at the last minute, abstaining from a full release, states they have no confidence in the film and wish to save the $20,000,000 - $30,000,000 it will take to properly promote and deliver it to theaters in wide release.

As the Judiciary Report exclusively reported on April 18, 2012, Madonna's record label Interscope is, "So concerned about her inability to sell, having no faith in the raggedy, tired, trite album and singer, they decided in advance to pull a scam as a cover-up" and "word is Interscope wants to drop her."

Two days later on April 20, 2012, Gigwise wrote about it in detail, as it pertains to Live Nation, a company that is also involved in the Interscope deal, "Madonna signed a $120million deal with Live Nation in 2007, and the company looks unlikely to see a return on their investment from her current project."

Upon the announcement of deal in 2007, the Judiciary Report predicted Live Nation would suffer losses for signing such a stupid, costly contract with Madonna, whose career is all smoke and mirrors - not to mention serious financial fraud and criminal copyright infringement. At the time the Judiciary Report published the article online, Live Nation didn't listen and signed the deal anyway. Months later Live Nation's stock plunged.

Now it has been revealed, Live Nation will not see any profit from the $120,000,000 deal they gave Madonna, as her new album "MDNA" has bombed and her tour tickets are selling very poorly. Then there's the criminal liability from Madonna's reckless actions, which will expose Live Nation to serious problems. They, like many STD saddled men around the world, have learned a hard lesson - they should not have touched her. 

Madonna richly deserves what has happened, as she is a greedy, vile thief who has destroyed many people's careers via stealing their copyrighted music, videos, photographs and films, which are crimes under domestic and international law. It is just that she loses her career as well and more people than ever know she is a complete fraud. You reap what you sow. Madonna's past four albums over the last 11 years have flopped ("American Life" "Confessions On A Dance Floor" "Hard Candy" and "MDNA").

Live Nation did no real due diligence in signing Madonna. They did not do their homework. However, they can sue her for fraud and SEC violations, in supplying them with falsified and inflated sales data to procure a financial deal she was not worthy of in any measure.

After using smoke a mirrors to cheat her way into an unearned number one on the Billboard charts several days ago, via giving away copies of her new failed CD entitled MDNA, thieving Madonna's album took a massive, history making nose dive down the charts, with an unprecedented 87% sales decline during its second week of release. That's what she gets for cheating.

The units of MDNA given away during the first week of release technically do not count, as they were not purchased, but given away with concert tickets that were done at the same time and whose numbers were illegally inflated as well to save face. The album also bombed in Britain with her worst sales to date and two flopped singles from MDNA.

When one has to rig sales, employ buying teams and give away albums, going to such extremes to fake having a entertainment career, it's time to call it a day. As the phrase goes, stick a fork in her she's done. Thanks to all that participated in the boycott.

Never one to do anything honestly, Madonna gave away copies of her new CD "MDNA" in order to get the number one spot on Billboard's album charts last week, which should not have counted. She knew people have not been buying her products and the first two singles from "MDNA" were publicly pronounced the biggest flops of her career. Her music is being wholly rejected by the public, hence the terrible sales.

In a desperate attempt to save face, Madonna gave away the "MDNA" album to those that allegedly bought tickets to her upcoming concert tour, which is also flopping, forcing cancellations, due to lack of interest. What a farce! The problem is concert ticket sales can be faked as well, in fraudulent conduct she has been caught red-handed doing for several tours.

Furthermore, many concert tickets are given away as promotional items. What she has done is discredit the Billboard charts, casting aspersions on its accuracy. She has also tainted the history books, as she did not earn or deserve the number one spot.

Madonna's pathetic conduct also created a disgraceful historic record - the biggest second week sales drop in Billboard history. The bulk of the concern tickets were put through in one week to coincide with the release of the "MDNA" CD that was given away. She now has to live with the dubious distinction. That's what she gets for being such a cheat and a fraud.

This means any idiot could give away millions of copies of a CD and proclaim themselves the best selling artist of all time without having sold a single album. I ask, is that right, fair or accurate in any measure. No, it's a scam.

It is not fair to other artists, who are actually popular and sell albums that such a scam took place, depriving them of the top slots, over a criminal copyright infringing CD, "MDNA" packed with other entertainers' music Madonna unlawfully stole and butchered. There should be a rule against such conduct on the charts and on CDs. The woman is a complete fake.

However, I was told by a very credible source it is burning her to know how few CDs she actually sold (in the five digits), as Madonna and Interscope know the real numbers and much like her, it is not pretty (LOL). She is very upset about it.

It didn't cost very much to pull off the scam. They pressed up about $30,000 in CDs, most of which are sitting in a warehouse. The big costs came courtesy of the promotional campaign for "MDNA" via buying advertising and bribing journalists and bloggers to write glowing reviews.

Ironically, some of the people that were paid to promote the CD online, could not stomach even listening to it and slammed it to people offline. Well, you could put the free "MDNA" CD to good use by using it to prop up any wobbly desks in your office.

She is so over. When you go to such extremes to fake sales, you should not be allowed to call yourself a star. Nothing about her is real. She steals other people's copyrighted work she tries to pass off as her own, she fakes her concert and music sales, she pays her young boyfriends and girlfriends for sex and dates and she's had enough plastic surgery for 50 people (yet manages to look older than her age). Can you say fail.
