Lessons Learned From The George W. Bush Years
And Why His Presidency Failed
George W. Bush
In looking at the economic turmoil and suffering all over the world, which began on Wall Street, one is reminded of the financial madness former President George W. Bush did in office, which is still damaging people to this day. Mr. “Laissez Faire” really let things run amok, as his definition of a “free market” meant any financial crime goes and no theft and act of gouging is too great or impermissible.
Why would a nation need a president or prime minister if it needed no supervision, governance and guidance. Future presidents must learn from Bush's serious mistakes and not repeat them. America can't afford another round of financial damage of that caliber.

Has Obama Learned Heads Of State Can't Be Too Friendly With The Business Sector
Barack Obama
President Barack Obama is learning the hard way that heads of state can't be too friendly with the business sector, as economic numbers continue to worsen. Some businesspeople and companies are decent. However, some are not and those are the ones that will take you for a chump they can use as they see fit, for being too friendly, which they interpret as weakness and vulnerability.
After almost 3 and 1/2 years in office, the Obama Administration has failed to fix the U.S. economy, that was decimated by former president, George W. Bush. Obama's spending without increased taxation on the rich, made matters worse. Now the nation has the biggest deficit in its history and is hemorrhaging money at a drastic rate.
The Judiciary Report tried to help Obama with published suggestions on the site, from the minute he assumed office, to help dig America out of the hole Bush dropped the nation in via excessive spending. The site recommended, among other things, raising taxes on the rich, budget cuts via eliminating wasteful government projects, avoiding costly newfangled tech spending (solar) until things were on firm financial footing regarding the Treasury and small salary and expense cuts to high ranking and mid-level members of government.
Obama did none of it, believing it was best to attempt the risky maneuver of spending money to make money and it failed. The president made a costly bet that did not pay off. He let the corporate sector grab his ear and befriend him, to do their bidding in the advancement of their personal, offshore hidden wealth, but it damaged the economy in the process. America has not benefited from these policies.

Obama Confronted In Television Interview About Taking Many Vacations While Americans Suffer During Financial Crisis
President Barack Obama was confronted in an interview, regarding taking a number of expensive vacations, while many Americans can no longer afford to, due to the ongoing financial crisis. Interviewer Larry Conners stated something the Judiciary Report has for many months, President Obama has become "out of touch" with the people.
Barack Obama
For well over a year, the Judiciary Report has advised it is best for Obama to cancel his vacations and his family needs to tone it down in this regard as well. Taking a few days off at home would have been better and sent the right message in these tough economic times. However, since that time, President Obama has taken several more vacations and expensive ones at that, which all went over badly with the public and in the press.

U.S. Economy Adds Fewer Jobs Than Expected In A Significant Slowdown
Barack Obama
The U.S. economy added 120,000 jobs last month, falling short of the projected 205,000 that was expected. The economy has slowed once again and in a very noticeable manner. This is another indicator there has been no financial recovery and changes are needed to get the nation back on solid footing. A record high number of Americans are no longer in the work force, which is not a good milestone to hit in any regard.

Report Indicates The State Of The Economy Is Tanking President Obama's Chance For Reelection In November 2012
Barack Obama (center)
MSNBC political pundit, Chris Matthews, who was also a speech writer of former President Jimmy Carter, this week stated what the Judiciary Report has maintained for the past two years, the failing economy is going to help destroy President Obama's chances of reelection in November 2012. The Judiciary Report stated it is imperative that Obama turn the economy around and act with transparency, to receive a second term and he has not. The numbers are still bad.
Matthews stated of the economy this week, "It is not 'steaming ahead,' unfortunately. The growth rate is well below 3 percent and that is not strong enough to bring people back to work in the numbers that will instill confidence that the country itself is headed back to business...we have a housing problem that remains an albatross--a difficult-to-explain, but devastating, situation that somehow seems to undercut a true recovery." Matthews also lamented rising has prices and their negative effect.
