Rapper Lil Boosie Gets Off Murder Charges In Deaths Of Rappers But Still Faces 8-Years In Prison

Lil Boosie, A/K/A Torrence Hatch, has been acquitted of murder charges in connection with the death of rap music rivals. However, he still faces 8-years in prison, for smuggling drugs into the detention center he has been incarcerated in for the past three years. 

Boosie, who is a self-professed drug addict, became famous in 2009, then spectacularly crashed and burned shortly thereafter. His addictions are so out of control, he uploaded a video of him smoking weed in his car, with his very young daughter sitting on the backseat.

William Balfour, 31,  has been found guilty in the brutal murders of singer Jennifer Hudson's mother, Darnell Donnerson, brother Jason Hudson and nephew, Julian King, which occurred in Chicago, Illinois. Balfour was the boyfriend of her sister, Julia Hudson. Balfour was previously convicted of attempted murder in another incident and sentenced to 8-years in prison.

On October 24, 2008, Julia Hudson came home to find her mother, Darnell Donnerson, dead on the floor. She ran out of the house and called the police. The bullet riddled body of her brother Jason was also discovered in the house. King also realized her 7-year-old son Julian was missing. Days later he was discovered dead in a vehicle, with bullet wounds to the head. The jury took 18-hours to convict him of their murders. Balfour faces life in prison.

Obama In Trouble With Fellow Democrats As Inmate Scores Almost As Many Votes As He Does

The next story is a real dozy and one that should alarm President Barack Obama. According to ABC News, in the southern state of West Virginia, "More than 40 percent of Democrats voting chose to cast their ballot for Keith Russell Judd, an inmate at the Beaumont Federal Correctional Institution in Beaumont, Texas, where he’s doing time for extortion and threats made at the University of New Mexico in 1999."

The article goes on to state, "Judd scored 42.28 percent of the vote — or 49,490 votes — compared with President Obama with 57.72 percent, or 67,562, according to unofficial state results."

What did Judd do to get on the ballot, you ask? According to the Associated Press, he paid the "$2,500 fee" and filed "a form known as a notarized certification of announcement."

You just can't make stuff like this up. However, President Obama is probably wishing you could, because it reveals his popularity has plummeted to the point that even an inmate and one with a mullet might I add, received that many votes against him in a primary.

What will this mean for Obama in the November presidential elections. Is the predicted landslide loss on the way (rhetorical). What happens when Obama has to run against the presumed Republican nominee for president, Mitt Romney, who is the former Governor of Massachusetts and a wealthy businessman, with um, no criminal record.

Obama should have reduced the deficit and raised taxes on the rich, this would have created surpluses and more money to create jobs and pay for education, among other things. Then he wouldn't be in this predicament now, with six months to go until the next election and a bad economy to show for it. The Judiciary Report kept harping on these things for a reason from the moment Obama took office. The continued deteriorated state of the economy proves why.

Police have arrested Christopher Gunn, of Montgomery, Alabama, for blackmailing underage girls into sending him nude photos and videos of themselves engaging in sexual activity. The girls were between the ages of 9-16. He used other people's internet connections and spoofed phone numbers to make the fraud seem real, nearly landing others into trouble for his criminal conduct.

Turns out pedophile Gunn had contacted 250 underage girls on Facebook with the scam. Initially he pretended to be the new kid in town. The scam then progressed to Gunn pretending to be 18-year-old pop star, Justin Bieber. Fans desperately wanting to have contact with Bieber, sadly fell for it and were terribly victimized by the pedophile.

Not Justin Bieber. Pedophile, Christopher Gunn, has been arrested for pretending to be Justin Bieber, while soliciting child porn and is awaiting trial.

Gunn is a pedophile that deserves life in prison. He is a parent's worst nightmare. He targeted many underage girls and manipulated their young minds into doing things that have brought them terrible trauma. To act with such malice says he is a danger to society.

Once thought of as daring and wild, women who had swinger type marriages to keep their husbands, are reconsidering their position. After the very public and disastrous collapse of the marriage of actress, Demi Moore, 49 and her cheating, promiscuous husband, actor Ashton Kutcher, 34, who both belong to the kooky Kabbalah cult, being a cougar and swinger became something to rethink.

Moore floated an item in the press, regarding sharing her husband with other women they would bring into the bedroom, but when he started to do so on his own without inviting her, she became upset. Moore married the young, empty headed pretty boy, Kutcher, who used her for her industry contacts. Kutcher's only a year younger than I am and for years I've thought he is a nitwit, so I don't know why she married him. I did know for sometime that Moore and others in her crazy cult have been reading the website.

Several weeks ago, she got a lawyer to write to the Judiciary Report whining and complaining about the site, using legal subterfuge (more like illegal). You can't sue someone for breaking stories on infidelity that later prove to be true, using a direct or indirect legal premise, vengefully trying to harm someone (again because they started this, via unlawfully targeting me). I don't publish lies and I haven't done anything illegal.

The email from the lawyer ticked me off, causing me to sens back an angry response. The incident only made me want to publish more scandalous exclusives on her and that nutty criminal cult she belongs to (Kabbalah). The lawyer has not written back since, but I'm waiting...

And do remember, Mrs. Moore, Mrs. Willis, Mrs. Kutcher, whatever your name is this week, you knowingly starred in and had a hand in producing criminal copyright infringing films ("the Joneses" movie among others) your Kabbalah cult feloniously stole from my preexisting Copyrighted Catalog (and butchered might I add).

I never gave you or anyone permission to use those preexisting copyrights and never will, as they are mine. For you and your associates to have done so without permission, in the manner the illegally made copies were procured (criminal hacking), constitutes a string of domestic and international felonies. Yes witch, prison.

So go ahead and open that can of worms trying to bully me into not engaging in that clearly quaint concept of "free press" and "free speech" (sarcasm) and I promise you I will put you and that law firm out of business and in the most public and lawful way. You won't be the first. I'm not scared of you. Actually, I'm scared of you and Madonna...when you're both not wearing make-up.

Phone hacking lawsuits against Rupert Murdoch's New York based News Corp have reached U.S. shores. Many lawsuits have been successfully filed against News Corp's News International in Britain, for phone hacking and computer hacking, with lawyers now focusing on America.

The cases have a greater chance of success in America, if they are not filed in federal court, as judges in said tier of the judicial system have repeatedly been corrupted by News Corp. However, state judges tend to show more sympathy, as they have more to lose, as they are not appointed for life and can be voted out. However, many of News Corp's crimes violate federal law, presenting a potential problem for phone hacking victims.

Recently, the Supreme Court sided with News Corp's NDS, in a terrible case of copyright infringement, theft of proprietary data, hacking and trade secret theft, though anyone could see the company had openly and brazenly broken the law to spy on Direct TV and Echo Star customers in a sick case of invasion of privacy. News Corp has a disturbing and corrupt hold on the federal court system that gives a certain impression.

When you win cases you should not win for criminally violating the public, it sends a terrible message to the nation and the world that any sensible person can see right through and it is disgraceful and an embarrassment to the justice system.
