This month, Alex Salmond testified at the Leveson hearings into News Corp’s invasion of privacy in the pone hacking case. Salmond stated News International/News Corp illegally accessed his bank accounts, making this news public for the first time.

As stated previously on my websites, I experienced the same in 2004, when my bank account was illegally accessed via a News Corp and Kabbalah hacker, who tried to spend all the money in my account, when I announced the release of my CD.

They were trying to illegally use up all the funds I had to press up copies of the CD and promote it online via advertising, by illegally accessing my bank account, via the debit card and spending so much money, so fast, it raised the suspicion of the bank, who stopped the criminal misconduct.

The malicious hack and identity theft was halted by Miami's Transatlantic Bank via their card monitoring service. A representative from the company woke me up early one morning on the east coast of America, to inform me many purchases were being made on the west coast of America, using my debit card, which did not fit my pattern of spending and made no sense. 

This incident was reported to the FBI, but due to a bribe Kabbalah, via Murdoch's business associate and fellow Kabbalah member, Madonna, gave the head of the agency, Robert S. Mueller, the investigative documents pertaining to it was covered up, as said conduct constitutes several felonies. 

The mere fact News Corp and Kabbalah are breaking the law in such a flagrant fashion, believing they have some right to criminally access people’s bank accounts out of malice, while spying on them, betrays the severe level of criminal intent said entities possess. They are crazy and out of control.

Whereas the Metropolitan Police in London  have been doing something about their criminal misconduct, the FBI in America continues to protect Murdoch and Kabbalah, who are also committing crimes in the United States. The Obama Administration is well aware of this fact, but has looked the other way to said crimes that are harming innocent people in America.

U.S. Senator John Cornyn sensationally called for the resignation of Attorney General Eric Holder by stating, "It is more with sorrow than regret and anger that I would say that you leave me no alternative, than to join those who call upon you to resign your office. 

Americans deserve an attorney general who will be honest with them. They deserve an attorney general who will uphold the basic standards of political independence and accountability. You have proven time and time again, sadly, that you’re unwilling to do so. I’m afraid we have come to an impasse… you have violated the public trust, in my view.

Holder responded, "With all due respect, there is so much factually wrong with the premises you started your statement with. I don’t have any intention of resigning. I heard the White House press officer say yesterday that the president has absolute confidence in me. I don’t have any reason to believe that in fact is not the case."

It is very alarming that President Obama continues to express confidence in a murderer, who illegally trafficked guns into Mexico from the Justice Department (DOJ), leading to the deaths of two U.S. Border Patrol agents and hundreds of Mexican civilians. Ethically and politically, this is a very bad move for Obama that will cost him votes.

As mentioned on the site previously, crazy Kabbalah pop star Madonna, was widely slammed online, over allowing her 14-year-old daughter to smoke cigarettes. The kleptomaniac singer sent the paparazzi to snap pics of her daughter, in a bid to capture publicity and sales from a younger audience, who do not know who Madonna is, but it failed.

Subsequent pics revealed Madonna's daughter smoking a cigarette at school, while dressed like a street walker, with a partially shaved head. Not the picture or end result of good parenting, leading to the singer being bashed all over the internet, in ongoing criticism, regarding her depraved lifestyle and bad examples.

Madonna, 54, seems more preoccupied with her twenty-something boyfriend, who she pays to date her, than her children. She insists on being a cougar, but what is she going to do when one of her young boyfriends, who is on the payroll, pays more attention to her daughter, who is closer to their age, than her (as seen in photos of them). 

Madonna's boyfriend is so bored with her he is yawning, while she is being clingy. A Daily Mail reader summed up the spectacle, "These pictures make me feel physically sick. There is no way that he can genuinely fancy this pensioner. She is a cradle-snatching mess who is wearing ripped trousers and even worse shoes. She looks like a bag lady. According to reports, when Madonna was 15-years-old, she was already engaged in bad behavior, such as adultery with a 40-year-old man and also took illegal drugs. Will the apple fall far from the tree regarding her daughter, when the fruit is already showing signs of being rotten.

More claims have surfaced supporting the Judiciary Report's previous contentions on the site that former News International/News Corp editor, Piers Morgan, participated in the illegal crime of phone hacking. Morgan now works for CNN, who also engages in phone hacking and computer hacking.

During the phone hacking hearings this week, BBC journalist, Jeremy Paxman, stated of Morgan, " He turned to me and said: 'Have you got a mobile phone?' I said yes and he said: 'Have you got a security setting on the message bit of it? I didn't know what he was talking about. He then explained that the way to get access to people's messages was to go to the factory default setting and press either 0000 and 1234, and if you didn't put your own code in, his words, 'you are a fool'."

You have to understand the world News Corp employees live in - there is no such thing as going to far and illegality is encouraged in the name of money. I have seen News Corp do so many astonishingly illegal things, but to them it's no big deal. Murdoch instilled that criminality in a number of his employees, which set them up for a terrible fall and public disgrace.

The company still has not changed course, continuing its invasive practices against members of the companies and other businesses they deem rivals. The misconduct is coming straight from the top, the Murdochs and being carried out by his minions.

Phone hacking lawsuits against Rupert Murdoch's New York based News Corp have reached U.S. shores. Many lawsuits have been successfully filed against News Corp's News International in Britain, for phone hacking and computer hacking, with lawyers now focusing on America.

The cases have a greater chance of success in America, if they are not filed in federal court, as judges in said tier of the judicial system have repeatedly been corrupted by News Corp. However, state judges tend to show more sympathy, as they have more to lose, as they are not appointed for life and can be voted out. However, many of News Corp's crimes violate federal law, presenting a potential problem for phone hacking victims.

Recently, the Supreme Court sided with News Corp's NDS, in a terrible case of copyright infringement, theft of proprietary data, hacking and trade secret theft, though anyone could see the company had openly and brazenly broken the law to spy on Direct TV and Echo Star customers in a sick case of invasion of privacy. News Corp has a disturbing and corrupt hold on the federal court system that gives a certain impression.

When you win cases you should not win for criminally violating the public, it sends a terrible message to the nation and the world that any sensible person can see right through and it is disgraceful and an embarrassment to the justice system.
