TERRY FATOR RETURNS TO TRUMP TAJ MAHAL
Trump Taj Mahal announced the return of Terry Fator to the Mark G Etess Arena on Saturday, April 21, 2012. Show time is 8pm, with doors opening at 7pm. Tickets, priced at $45 and $29, will go on sale Sunday, February 26 at Noon. Tickets can be obtained by calling Ticketmaster at 1-800-736-1420, or visiting on line at www.ticketmaster.com.
Best known for his victory on “America’s Got Talent,” Terry Fator captured the hearts and tickled the funny bones of America in 2007 with his unique combination of celebrity impressions and unparalleled ventriloquism.
After winning America’s Got Talent, Fator went from small-town appearances to “The Today Show,” “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” and, at long last, “The Late Show with David Letterman.” Finally in 2008, his biggest dream was realized when he signed a multi-year contract to perform in his very own theater at the legendary Las Vegas resort, The Mirage.
In December 2008, Fator released “Who’s the Dummy Now?,” a candid autobiography chronicling his story and his “overnight” success.
March 2011 marked Fator’s two year anniversary as a successful headliner on the world-famous Las Vegas Strip. From the anniversary emerged his newest character, the fabulously happy Berry Fabulous, a former lawyer turned entertainer. Berry joins a cast that includes Winston The Impersonating Turtle, cowboy Walter T. Airdale, Hyphen, Julius, Emma Taylor, Duggie Scott Walker, Vikki “The Cougar” and Wrex the crash test dummy. Each character allows Fator to sing a different genre in an unbelievable manner with performances ranging from Gnarls Barkley, Black Sabbath and Garth Brooks to Cher, Etta James and Guns N’ Roses – Terry Fator does it all without moving his lips.

JACKIE EVANCHO'S 'HEAVENLY CHRISTMAS'

AEG Live presents Jackie Evancho's "Heavenly Christmas" in the Arena at Trump Taj Mahal on Saturday, December 17, 2011. Show time is at 7:30pm, doors will open one hour prior. Tickets, priced at $95, $75 & $45*, can be obtained by either calling Ticketmaster at 1-800-736-1420, on line at www.ticketmaster.com or in person at the Taj Box Office starting 10am on November 14.
When Jackie Evancho submitted a video to YouTube to compete for a slot on “America’s Got Talent,” she could never have predicted that a little push of the “send” button would eventually send her to the top of the entertainment industry. Remarkably, Jackie was 10 years old at the time, but her long-held desire to perform -- sparked after seeing the film version of “The Phantom of the Opera” – convinced her parents to let her take a chance at stardom. And Jackie has shown everyone that she has the brilliant talent needed to succeed.
In less than 18 months, Jackie’s unique, gorgeous soprano has won her millions of fans and her recordings have dominated the music and DVD charts. Her warmth, charm and poise have helped her gain the support of legendary music producers like David Foster, and now, movie producers like Redford.
Since appearing on “America’s Got Talent” Jackie has recorded one EP (O Holy Night) and two full-length albums (Heavenly Christmas and Dream With Me), all of which raced to the top of the Billboard charts.
When O Holy Night, which was Jackie’s major label debut, was released in Nov. 2010, it became the year's #1 best-selling debut recording with sales exceeding 1 million copies. In addition to its pop chart success, O Holy Night reached #1 on the Billboard Classical Chart and #2 on the Billboard Holiday chart.
In June 2011, Dream With Me, her first studio album was released. A mix of operatic arias, show tunes and pop standards, it debuted on the Billboard Top 200 chart at #2 and was certified Gold after only four weeks of release.
In the summer of 2011, she sold out concert halls around the country during a tour that culminated with a show at home in Pittsburgh and later at Lincoln Center in New York City.
Her most recent effort, Heavenly Christmas, a full-length holiday album, was released in November 2011.

Raised among those with the ability to hear, Matt finds himself no less an outsider amidst the deaf community. But through sheer determination, he turns what could be a disability into an asset and in the process serves as an inspiration for both those who can hear and those who cannot.
The National Deaf Poker Tournament takes place at Trump Taj Mahal on the first weekend of March and November. Tournament participants who are interested in booking a hotel room can visit www.playtajpoker.com. Under special offers use code NDPT.

NIP AND TUCK AT FAMED TRUMP TAJ MAHAL
Lots of buzz generated today on what may be the most interesting and innovative promotion I have seen in a long time. This one's called the Nip, Tuck, and Lift sweepstakes...courtesy of the Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City. They are giving away $25,000 in plastic surgery on October 29 to one of their gamblers who is playing in their casino at 10pm.
When i first saw this, I thought they were kidding. But nope, it's true. And, the more I thought about it, the less crazy it seemed. I mean, cosmetic procedures are becoming commonplace these days. And let's face (no pun intended) it, who couldn't use a little work here and there. Plus, a lot of people are born with imperfections or develop issues along the way. But in this economy, when there are bills to pay and not a lot of extra money around, it's tough to take a few thousand dollars and do something for yourself. Winning this promotion allows you to do that-guilt free.
But even if you are perfect in every way, this promotion is for you...you could always just take the $25,000 cash and splurge!

'LEAVING CIRCADIA' FILMED AT TRUMP TAJ
Joseph R. Gannascoli (Vito of The Sopranos) and Ashley C Williams (The Human Centipede) were snapped at the Trump Taj Mahal during the filming of their new movie Leaving Circadia. Scenes were filmed in the Taj Mahal Casino, Hotel, and Xanadu Theater.
Leaving Circadia is a romantic comedy following a group of friends living in a Brooklyn Brownstone as they confront the final days of their comfortable, late twenties bachelorhood. TOM is a gifted artist, though somewhat of a slacker, who is wasting his days working as a building superintendent for his domineering landlord, NAT (played by Joseph R. Gannascoli). His passion for life is awoken when he strikes up a whirlwind relationship with a sexy, career-minded new tenant, COLLETTE. While Tom’s friends WILL and RAY deal with troubles of their own, Tom’s irresponsibility leaves the door wide open for another new tenant, DAVIS (a recently divorced Wall Street Day Trader), to step in. The situation is further complicated by Collette’s difficult past.

TRUMP FINALLY GETS TO THE WHITE HOUSE
Trump Entertainment Resorts CEO, Robert Griffinjoins the owners of White House Sub Shop
for a unique “sub cutting” ceremony.
Trump finally gets the White House! (well, ok, not exactly...but here's a tasty item nonetheless). Atlantic City's legendary White House Sub Shop opened its first venture outside of its original location at the Trump Taj Mahal back on May 25th. On my most recent trip to Atlantic City, I made a stop at their new location. I was pleased to find all great tastes of the original sub shop had transferred over to their new location at the Taj. for me, I tried the White House Special. Half a sub for $8.25. A bargain for sure! Packed with their signature meats and cheeses, plus that one of a kind bread. delicious! Their famous Subs just can't be beat....but I am going to try....the next time, I'm going for a cheesesteak!
