The Panoramic View Residences

The Panoramic View is the Hamptons’ ocean side retreat for celebrities and financiers alike. The quintessential living experience combines luxury, full-services and stunning oceanfront residences. If waking up to the sounds of crashing waves and stunning ocean views, or relaxing on the beach is not alluring enough, Distinctive’s year-round staff ensures your every need is met.

The Panoramic View Residences offer an amazingly priced luxury second home. Property amenities include poolside cabanas, beach and pool attendants, porters, concierge services, daily on-site housekeeping, a business center, and a fitness-center with on-call personal fitness trainers and massage therapists.

This unique property encompasses more than 10 oceanfront acres on 1,000 feet of sandy white beach, which is nestled within a hillside of fragrant pines, landscaped lawns and lovely flower gardens.

Based on the inherent value in this spectacular oceanfront location, director Adam Manson recently revealed that residential sales have far outpaced the last two years as luxury buyers have once again, returned to the Hamptons real estate market. Banks are once again financing second homes, and for those savvy buyers who have been waiting for the perfect time to purchase an oceanfront home, now is the time to pursue this unique oceanfront opportunity.

New luxury residences range in size and price to meet your specific needs; from 1,200-square-feet to 4,800-square-feet units available from just below $2 million to $7 million.
