George Zimmerman Made $200,000 From Murdering Defenseless Teenager Trayvon Martin

Originally it was reported that George Zimmerman, 28, made $3,000 in donations, after soliciting money on his website, in connection with the murder of unarmed 17-year-old African-American, Trayvon Martin. Zimmerman killed him in cold blood for looking "suspicious." Hours after the first story ran, ABC News published a report that Zimmerman actually made $200,000 in donations to his website, via a Paypal account.

It's stuff like this that makes me angry - people profiting from crime. Zimmerman is making money from the awful murder of a defenseless minor that was minding his own business, when he was shot and killed by the lawbreaking, self-appointed neighborhood watch captain. This is so unjust. The money should be frozen, then seized. Developments in this case just keep adding insult to injury.

Trayvon Martin Shooting: George Zimmerman Judge Looks at Donations, Bail Amount

April 27, 2012 - Prosecutors in the Trayvon Martin shooting case asked a Florida judge today to increase the bail amount for George Zimmerman after news that the 17-year-old's killer had raised more than $200,000 through a Paypal account on his website.

Circuit Court judge Kenneth Lester Jr said he wanted to scrutinize the account to learn more about who opened the site, who managed it and exactly how much money it contained.

The site called "Therealgeorgezimmerman.com" was closed earlier this week after Zimmerman's attorney Mark O'Mara took control over and deposited the money in trust accounts, he told the court today. Zimmerman faces second-degree murder charges for shooting 17-year-old Martin on February 26.

In a CNN interview Thursday, O'Mara said he was surprised to learn about the money. "He asked me what to do with his PayPal accounts, and I asked him what he was talking about," O'Mara said. "He said those were the accounts that had the money from the website he had. And there was about ... $204,000 that had come in to date."...

ABC News Gave Casey Anthony $200,000 Which Derailed Justice For Murdered 4-Year-Old Caylee Anthony

Girl, we're gonna get paid!

Sometimes it is not always best to be the first to break or land a story. One has to use proper judgment in determining whether an exclusive is really worth that which is attached to it. This is the case regarding, Casey Anthony, who was put on trial for murdering her beautiful 4-year-old daughter, Caylee Anthony.

ABC News desperately wanted the exclusive sit down with Casey Anthony and paid her $200,000 for the dishonor, along with a set of photographs of herself with little Caylee. ABC News in return received higher viewing numbers and internet page views. Regrettably, paying an accused killer $200,000 as she lies in court to free herself, was not a good idea.

Anthony's lawyer, Jose Baez revealed this week, the money from ABC News was used to mount a strong defense in court, which essentially bought Casey her freedom and angered the nation. Baez stated, "She had photographs of her and her child, and a network paid us $200,000 so we could mount a proper defense."
As a result, the true victim in the case, Caylee Anthony, was denied justice and that is tragic and heartbreaking. May God's justice prevail in the case, as all else has failed.
