Obama Adamant That Obamacare Must Not Be Repealed

Mitt Romney Disagrees And Vows To Repeal

Barack Obama wants Obamacare to stay

Yesterday, U.S. President Barack Obama stated his health care plan, which has been dubbed Obamacare, will not be repealed, "The law I passed is here to stay." Mitt Romney, the man running against Obama in this year's presidential election, disagrees, stating he will repeal Obamacare if he is elected President of the United States in a few short months.

Mitt Romney counting the cost of Obamacare, says it must go

The costly health care plan has been met with severe criticism, over what it has done to the national deficit and the terms contained therein, such as taxpayer money paying for abortions, something that has caused offense among Christians. Obamacare, which occurred early in Obama's presidency, seemed like a rushed job.

Mitt Romney Referred To Obamacare As A Tax

Many Others Do As Well

Barack Obama

Republican presidential challenger, Mitt Romney, referred to U.S. President Barack Obama's health care plan, dubbed Obamacare, as a tax. This assessment is based on the financial terms of the program. Each person in America will be required to pay several hundred dollars per year or a percentage of their income for health insurance, as a tax, as ruled by the U.S. Supreme Court. It's the only way the Supreme Court, now apart of the Obama Administration, could get the bill passed. However, President Obama doesn't care for the tax label.

The Judiciary Report is of the belief, America needs a health care program, but the proposed terms will prove insufficient in many cases to offset the cost of medical treatment. For example, when I became deathly ill due to the criminal harassment in this case, over the course of one year, between 2008 to 2009, my medical bills totaled roughly$100,000. This was due to the amount of medical scanning that was done. The Obamacare yearly fee wouldn't have even covered the cost of my hospital room for four days.

Mitt Romney

The American medical system is one of the most expensive in the world and needs to find a way to reduce the cost of scanning/imaging. So many people undergo at least one type of scan per year at a hospital, which will exceed the equivalent of one year's Obamacare fees. The cost of medication needs to decrease as well, as some pharmaceutical companies simply charge too much money for their products. It often takes pharmaceutical companies a few pennies to manufacture each pill and as the ingredients are often not expensive, the massive mark up is purely for huge profits.

Obamacare will not solve America's health woes, just increase the deficit by trillions of dollars, in acts the nation can't afford and suffer from financial shortages, rather than surpluses. America needs  a solid health care program and if necessary, legislative measures to address the pharmaceutical and medical equipment manufacturing industries. A handful of well connected companies are making many billions per year, while the American people pay a terrible price for it.

Study Suggests Babies At Greater Risk Of Developing Autism If Mothers Are Obese

But Is It Correct

A new study has been published during autism month (April) that states babies of obese mothers have a greater chance of developing autism, but the Judiciary Report disagrees. For example, a number of thin moms in Hollywood, who gained a moderate amount of weight during pregnancy, gave birth to children, who were later diagnosed with autism (Toni Braxton, Jenny McCarthy).

Mom's obesity tied to child's autism, development: study

Mon Apr 9, 2012 8:26pm EDT - (Reuters) - Children born to obese women are more likely to be diagnosed with autism or related developmental delays than the children of slimmer mothers, according to a U.S. survey.

The research, which appeared in Pediatrics, was looking for the impact on childrens' cognitive development from a variety of "metabolic conditions" in the mother, including high blood pressure or diabetes. The strongest links were found between obesity and autism-related disorders.

Although the study cannot prove that one condition causes the other, its authors caution that even the possibility is worrisome in the light of rising U.S. obesity rates...
