This season, Southampton Inn is unveiling exciting changes that are sure to make the charming getaway the perfect East-End escape for visitors and locals, alike. Nestled on more-than-five acres of manicured lawns and lushly landscaped grounds, this year, Southampton Inn has redecorated each guestroom to reflect the effortlessly stylish allure of the Hamptons, complete with new furnishings and TVs. Each guestroom is also equipped with Tempur-Pedic® mattresses, down comforters, complimentary Wi-Fi, guest-controlled heating and air conditioning, along with mini fridges. Guests are invited to take pleasure in the Inn’s outdoor heated fifty-foot pool, a game room for children of all ages, all-weather tennis court as well as a complimentary shuttle service to Coopers Beach (voted one of the Top 10 Beaches in America by Dr. Beach, Stephen P. Leatherman).



Hot for 2011 at the Southampton Inn is OSO Restaurant, the modern eatery known for its delicious entrées. With a deliciously sustainable approach, the restaurant’s dishes will feature locally sourced, fresh ingredients from the Inn’s colossal garden, including tomatoes, lettuces, carrots, and herbs. This year, a group of Williams College graduates committed to the core values of sustainable agriculture, will cook and prep in the restaurant’s kitchen as well as grow fresh ingredients in the Inn’s garden. Signature Southampton Inn Sunday Brunches will continue throughout the summer (from 9:00AM to 1:00PM), featuring homemade bread pudding, baked pastries, a made-to-order omelet station, fresh fruit and berry selection, and Salmon Gravlax, just to name a few. Tapas styled lunch menu (and late afternoon snack menu) will be offered all day, every day. On Mondays in July and August, guests can also enjoy Family Night Dinner, held in OSO Restaurant or in the courtyard, featuring a special children’s program to complete the family dining experience. OSO is open seven days a week, 7:00AM to 7:00PM.
