President Barack Obama Paying A Price In The Polls And With The Public For Scathing Attacks On Rival Mitt Romney

Vice President Joe Biden and President Barack Obama

Republican challenger in the U.S. presidential election, Mitt Romney, is ironically benefiting from more negative attacks from President Barack Obama, as the two duel for the White House in America. Political pundits are noting the fact, Romney is gaining on Obama with the public, over negative attacks on his wealth, which came from years of work in the financial sector and jabs at his years as Governor of Massacheuttes.

Obama launched scathing attacks again this week, due to Romney's business and government experience being touted as a selling point for him as president. Technically, Romney does hold an advantage over Obama, as he has years more governing experience.

President Obama needs to remember, it's one thing for political pundits and bloggers to tear into a candidate's experience and record, because, well, we aren't running for office and are allowed to be jerks (no, that's not the word I'm looking for) snarky (well, not really) investigative (yea, that's it, an official sounding word for being a pain in the butt). However, when a candidate gets mean and critical, things don't always turn out well with the desired effect.
