HOWARD K. STERN CONVICTED IN CALIFORNIA

****
A LITTLE JUSTICE FOR ANNA NICOLE SMITH
****

Howard K. Stern

A Los Angeles California jury convicted Anna Nicole Smith's lawyer boyfriend Howard K. Stern and her psychiatrist but acquitted her doctor in a prescription drug conspiracy case. The verdict came This afternoon, after 58 hours of deliberations over 13 days. Lawyer Howard K. Stern, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor and shrink Khristine Eroshevich were charged with providing excessive prescriptions to Anna Nicole Smith. Stern, who was Anna Nicole Smith's lawyer and manager, as well as a so-called-boyfriend, which we still do not believe, was convicted of giving false names to obtain prescriptions but cleared of seven other charges.. He also falsely claimed to be the father of her baby.

Editors Note: We are not going to get into this case much more again, after all this time. We have been accused of many things when it came to this case, considering we know so many of the people involved. We are sure that website that defended Stern at the cost of others will write something on how wrong this verdict is.

So many people have been hurt if not destroyed by this mans actions in my view. My own life was turned up-side-down. I was accused of threatening a Federal Witness in this case as well as other things. All proved false. What this man did to my friends, is beyond belief. One of his lawyers Lin Wood showed no compassion to my friends and his subpoenas were thrown around as fast as Anna Nicole Smith was supplied drugs. Subpoenas were thrown to Bloggers, Chat rooms of people talking about the case and many others with no regard for anyone. I never saw in my whole life, so much greed for money, with photo deals, lawsuits and a disregard for the law. The fact remains, If I gave prescription drugs to anyone and they died, I would be sitting in jail. Howard K. Stern and the others all got off easy today, too easy. But we are sure that is not enough for them, we are sure they will appeal. Click here to read more on the verdict....
